Newly-Opened Tuscan Cove Bar & Patio Launches Daily Happy Hour and Weekly Trivia Night

 One of Las Vegas’ hottest new restaurants, Tuscan Cove Bar & Patio, is giving locals even more reason to visit with the launch of a daily happy hour and weekly trivia night. Located in the Tuscan Highlands neighborhood of Southern Highlands, the elevated bar and dining destination is quickly becoming the go-to gathering spot for flavorful food, handcrafted cocktails and a lively atmosphere.

Tuscan Cove’s new happy hour runs daily from 4 to 6 p.m., offering 30 percent off all food and drinks when seated at the expansive bar. Guests can enjoy signature dishes like stone fired pizza, customizable with a variety of toppings; the wedge salad with bacon, egg, and blue cheese; and the carne asada, cooked to perfection and served with corn tortillas, guacamole, pico de gallo, onions and bell peppers. Other highlights include the pastrami sandwich with mustard, served on rye bread;  garlic cheese bread; and the double smash burger with pickles and special sauce. For dessert, selections including the blueberry cheesecake are available. The drink menu features wines by the glass, beers on draft, and craft cocktails such as the Cucumber Mint Mule, Ruby Red, and Ghost Passion Spice. Large-format red or white sangria are also available for sharing.

Trivia Night, hosted by The Trivia Party, will be held every Thursday beginning Aug. 7 at 6 p.m., immediately following happy hour. Open to all ages, the event welcomes singles and teams to compete in a lively mix of pop culture and general knowledge categories. Prizes, bragging rights, and plenty of laughs are all part of the fun, making it an ideal night out for friends, families or coworkers.

Owned and operated by Steven Kennedy of All In Hospitality, in partnership with Executive Chef Ricardo Romo, Tuscan Cove is quickly becoming the go-to gathering spot in the burgeoning southwest corridor.
