Laguna Pool House & Kitchen is Now Open at Palms Place Las Vegas

Renowned Chef Luke Palladino and his Meta-Hospitality team lead the iconic restaurant

 

The ultimate indoor, outdoor, and poolside dining concept where the vibrant energy of Las Vegas meets relaxed fun in the sun, Laguna Pool House & Kitchen is now open inside Palms Place Las Vegas. Helmed by culinary heavyweight Chef Luke Palladino and his talented team at Meta-Hospitality, Laguna Pool House & Kitchen is a journey – a place for meeting friends for a meal, sipping cocktails by the pool, working quietly in the lounge, and getting social in the evenings.

“We’re very excited and honored to be open in this amazing space and location at Palms Place,” said Palladino. “We have an outstanding and expansive menu of offerings at all meal periods, a brilliant team of culinary craftspeople led by Chef John Brunett, and programming that makes each visit a unique experience. Located on the 6th floor of Palms Place, Laguna Pool House & Kitchen is a hidden oasis that serves breakfast, lunch, Happy Hour light bites, a special poolside menu, and dinner daily as well as late-night snacks and brunch on the weekends, Laguna Pool House & Kitchen features menus that are full of captivating globally influenced culinary creations with drinks that are a celebration of modern mixology.

In addition to a variety of starters, salads, sides, pizzas, and more, highlights from the lunch menu include a variety of handhelds such as a Classic Burger, Korean Fried Chicken, Roasted Vegetable Club, and Gyro. Signature dinner menu items include Grilled Branzino, Rotisserie Chicken, Pork Chop Milanese, and Smoked Wagyu Beef Short Rib.

The brunch menu is epic, offering various palette-pleasers including Shrimp & Grits, Pastrami Hash, Challah French Toast, and more. There’s also an impressive selection of large-format and sharable options including a massive Sushi Boat, Brunch Tower, Seafood Tower, and Big John’s Son, a 24” all beef hot dog, topped with shaved prime rib Philly cheese steak, sautéed onions, peppers, mushrooms, and cheese sauce, served on a bed of fries.

Currently, guests can enjoy a great time every Friday night beginning at 7 p.m. with Rock n’ Roll Sushi Karaoke featuring a live band, cocktails, prizes, and more. A variety of programming will be announced at a later date.

Designed by Brittney Gustafson of Summerlin Style, the welcoming and airy design features refreshing neutral hues with pops of unexpected greens and color, the main dining room has seating for 60. Two private dining rooms are perfect for groups of 50 or fewer. The Laguna Bar & Lounge is a stylish and expansive indoor lounge with open views of the pool terrace that offers more than seats. It immerses guests in serenity with the ability to plug in, relax and unwind at the luxurious seating areas and bar stools.

 

Choose from an extensive list of spirits, wines, beers, fresh juices, and non-alcoholic beverages. Finish things off with light bites from the innovative menu for that feeling of Las Vegas summer, any time of year.

In honor of the opening and in recognition of beloved Chef Kerry Simon whose eatery previously occupied the location prior to him losing the battle with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), the San Manuel Gaming and Hospitality Authority (SMGHA) along with Palms Casino Resort donated $25,000 to MSA, a national organization dedicated to improving the quality of life and building hope for people living with MSA.
