in Honor of Hockey Season
In honor of hockey season, Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will cheer on the Las Vegas hockey team as it looks to defend its title this hockey season with the Knighty Margarita, available on game days.
A play on Pancho’s popular “Naughty” Margarita, the Knighty Margarita pays homage to Las Vegas’ championship hockey team. Made with Suaza gold tequila, triple sec liqueur and house sweet and sour mix with float of Cointreau, the Knighty Margarita’s gold hue will be delicious way to raise a glass as guests cheer on the hometown team.
Pancho’s also offers several mouthwatering plates for sharing as guests cheer on with their friends. Favorites include the Pancho’s Nachos, a platter of toasted corn tostaditas layered with beans then covered with melted cheddar and jack cheeses and topped with diced tomatoes, jalapenos, sour cream, guacamole and choice of chicken, beef or steak; artichoke and jalapenos con queso, a blend of melted cheeses, cream cheese, artichoke hearts and slices of jalapeno; and taquitos Dorados, crispy taquitos filled with spiced shredded beef or chicken served flauta style, sprinkled with Cotija cheese, garnished with guacamole and sour cream and served with Pancho’s salsa verde especia, among others.
