National Finals Rodeo with Steak and Cocktail Pairing
Piero’s Italian Cuisine, the treasured Las Vegas fine dining restaurant located at 355 Convention Center Dr., will welcome rodeo fans with a specialty steak and whiskey cocktail pairing, available throughout the 2023 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR) from Thursday, Dec. 7 through Saturday, Dec. 16.
Piero’s will toast to the highly-anticipated rodeo with a pairing of Piero’s primo Nuovo York steak and a specialty old fashioned, priced at $93. The grilled 16-ounce New York steak served with roasted garlic and olive oil, and will be complemented perfectly by the restaurant’s specialty Maple Bonfire Old Fashioned, crafted using Beach Whiskey Bonfire Cinnamon, organic maple syrup and aromatic bitters, served with one large rock and garnished with an orange twist.
