Crust & Roux – a gourmet pizza and pie concept from AYYA Hospitality Group – is spreading cheer far and wide with nationwide delivery of its home-style pies including apple, peach, blueberry, strawberry, cherry, and pecan. From the perfect texture of the crust to the fresh fruits, Crust & Roux’s French-trained chefs use blended techniques to make a soul satisfying bite of nostalgia for guests to experience an elevated version of their favorite pie.

CRUST & ROUX’S HOLIDAY SPECIALS
- 9-Inch Dessert Pies: Crust & Roux’s 9-inch dessert pies are available in the following flavors: apple, peach, blueberry, strawberry, cherry, and pecan. Crust & Roux is happy to ship pies nationwide until December 14 to ensure delivery by Christmas. In-store pickup orders must be placed by December 21 to reserve a pie and must be collected by December 24.
- Micro Pies: In addition to their 9-inch dessert pies, Crust & Roux now offers micro, bite-sized pies, perfect for a unique gift or adding variety to holiday dessert assortments. The micro pies are available in blueberry zest and strawberry peach flavors. Guests can purchase micro pies in sets of 6 for $18 or sets of 12 for $30.
- Holiday Ham Pizza Pie: For guests in Las Vegas looking to try something new this holiday season, Crust & Roux’s sweet and savory holiday ham pizza pie is a must-try. Built on a buttermilk fermented dough, the Holiday Ham Pizza Pie features honey ham, ricotta, and arugula.
- Gift Cards: Now through December 24, guests who visit Crust & Roux in-store can purchase $150 Crust & Roux gift cards for $100.
Conceptualized by AYYA Hospitality Group, Crust & Roux pays homage to Vice President Low Raven’s late father who ran an all-pie restaurant more than a decade ago in Virgina. Crust & Roux is dedicated to honoring Raven’s father’s recipes while also introducing bold, new flavor combinations.
