Green Valley Ranch Resort is pleased to announce the next phase of its property-wide transformation with the upcoming renovation of its guest rooms and suites. Situated just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip in Henderson, NV, the award-winning resort will transform all 493 rooms and suites with a comprehensive top-to-bottom redesign that blends contemporary design and timeless sophistication.

Known for its iconic Mediterranean-inspired architecture and expansive resort grounds, Green Valley Ranch Resort offers a serene escape that harmonizes contemporary luxury with unparalleled comfort. The multi-phased renovation of the 422 guestrooms and 71 suites will elevate this refined resort situated in one of Las Vegas’ most coveted locales to new levels of luxury. Each space will be meticulously transformed to evoke a sophisticated pied-à-terre ambiance, blending residential warmth with carefully layered textures and intimate details to create a welcoming retreat for every guest.
Guided by the design vision of Station Casinos’ in-house team in partnership with Avenue Interior Design, the phased hotel tower remodel commenced in June. The transformation of the resort’s West Tower is set to complete in Fall, with the full room and suite renovation on schedule for completion in 2026, further enhancing the resort’s allure to discerning guests.
Deluxe Guest Rooms
As part of the redesign, the resort’s 98 Deluxe King and 64 double-Queen rooms, each spanning 495 square feet, will undergo a full renovation. Inspired by refined European craftsmanship and contemporary luxury, each space is thoughtfully designed with an elegant palette of shagreen leathers, caramel tweed upholstery, and sculptural walnut lighting, complimented by polished silver accents. Sophisticated design elements include stone surfaces, bookmatched Calacatta Macchia Vecchia marble, and waterfall edges with custom hardware, while artfully layered lighting creates a sophisticated and calming ambiance, with artistic elements by Zoe Bois enriching the space with organic geometric artwork. Each room features abundant storage, LED vanity mirrors for spa-like illumination, a fully stocked minibar, 65″ smart TVs, Nespresso machines, a Conair garment steamer, automated lighting control system, plush robes and vintage inspired analog alarm clocks.
West Tower Suites
In addition to the standard guestrooms, all of the resort’s West Tower’s Suites will also undergo a refined makeover. The tower’s 37 suites including the Executive, Grand, Luxury and Strip suite will be re-imagined to offer an extraordinary blend of contemporary elegance and avant-garde design. These sophisticated sanctuaries feature sculptural organic furniture, bespoke wood millwork, and designer closets crafted with meticulous attention to detail. Spa-like bathrooms envelop guests in floor-to-ceiling ivory onyx stone with oversized vanities, rainfall showers and freestanding soaking tubs complemented by lush greenery. Premium amenities include 75-85″ smart TVs, state-of-the-art entertainment systems, extensive minibar selections, in-room Nespresso machines, plush robes, and steamers. The Luxury Patio Suite and Strip Suite offer a personalized butler service, catering to guest’s every need alongside an extended selection of bathroom amenities including Agavia toiletries, Cirrus Steamers and Dyson pro dryers.
Executive Suite
The 16 executive suites each spanning 715 square feet, and the 10 Executive Suites with patios boast a sophisticated, contemporary design. Rich walnut wood creates dramatic contrast against polished silver metalwork, accented by burnished brass elements throughout, whilst sumptuous tweed textiles elevate the upholstered furnishings complimented by curated art pieces. Illumination flows from sleek alabaster block sconces positioned at the entertainment panel, their burnished brass details providing intimate radiance. These retreats offer flexible King or two Queen configurations with an adjoining sitting area, complemented by pool-view balconies or vineyard-facing patios. The luxurious en-suite encompasses floor-to-ceiling bookmatched Calacatta Macchia Vecchia marble surfaces, twin vanities, soaking tub, separate shower, private water closet, and a generous makeup station perfect for leisurely preparation.
Grand Suite

Each suite’s sophisticated, modern design incorporates custom oak millwork and specialty Anigre veneer, enhanced by elevated ambient lighting through soft cove illumination that adds atmospheric depth throughout. Dramatic architectural elements include statement chandeliers, artisanal sconces and pendants anchoring each space, while bespoke bar areas showcase exotic marbles sourced from around the world. Custom millwork panels and marble and onyx installations create stunning focal points framing state-of-the-art entertainment systems. European luxury fabrics from Casamance and Pierre Frey maintain an inviting yet sophisticated residential atmosphere. The luxurious en-suite also features a soaking tub and an oversized vanity with abundant lighting. Strip Suite
Perched atop The West Tower, Green Valley Ranch’s premier Penthouse, the two-bedroom Strip Suite extends 2,790 square feet and boasts a sweeping 180-degree view of The Las Vegas Strip.
