Proper Eats Food Hall, a collection of highly sought-after imports and only-in-Las Vegas destinations inside ARIA Resort & Casino, is ringing in the new year with a two-day celebration to help guests kick off the New Year in style. On Sunday, Dec. 31, Proper Eats will offer a $65 all-you-can-eat game day Ultimate Tailgate package followed by a live DJ from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.. To properly kick off 2024, Proper Bar inside Proper Eats will offer bottomless mimosas and bloody marys for $21 on Monday, Jan. 1.
The Ultimate Tailgate package includes a three-hour all-you-can-eat buffet for $65, with access to Temaki’s hand-rolled sushi for an additional $20. As the countdown draws closer, guests may watch the ball drop and enjoy pumping music by a live DJ from 9 p.m. until 1 a.m.
On Monday, Jan. 1, Proper Bar will honor New Year’s Day and National Bloody Mary Day with bottomless mimosas and bloody marys for just $21. The cocktails make ideal pairings for Proper Eats’ selection of early morning eats to help shake off festivities from the night before. Choices include the Big Poppa from Wexler’s Deli made with crispy pastrami, eggs, cheddar and cream cheese on a freshly toasted bagel for $13; the Chelsea from Egghead made with fried egg, a sausage patty, American cheese, sliced tomato, fried shallots and spicy aioli served on a fresh bun priced at $12; or a variety of delicious classic and premium donuts from Easy’s Donuts & Coffee priced at $5 and $6 respectively.
