Doberman Weeknights Bring Backgammon,
Bubbles and Live Keys to the Arts District

Doberman Drawing Room, Downtown Las Vegas’ new cocktail bar in the Arts District, has debuted two weekly series. “Backgammon &,” a vintage-inspired game and cocktail night, is held every Monday; and “Keys to Doberman,” a live jazz experience, is held every Wednesday. “Backgammon &” invites guests to slow down and settle in with classic games and featured cocktails from 5 to close every Monday. Doberman will spotlight a rotating spirit, including Backgammon & Bubbles on July 21 and 28, followed by Backgammon & Bourbon on August 4 and 11, with nights featuring Bordeaux, bitters, and more to be announced soon. Each evening will feature a signature cocktail built around the spirit of the week, paired with a curated selection of vintage board games, including backgammon and chess, available for in-lounge play. “Keys to Doberman” sets the tone for a midweek reverie from 6 to 9 p.m. every Wednesday. Inspired by the golden era of cocktail culture, performances by a live trio led by local musician Spadoni bring together piano, upright bass by Denny Hechevarria and vocals by Naomi Rose that complement Doberman’s moody interiors and globally-inspired cocktails.
The new events join Doberman’s existing music-forward offerings, including DJs every Saturday at 10 p.m. and monthly sets on First Fridays, blending old-school glamour with late-night energy.
