Brand-New Italian Concept by Chef Shawn McClain to Open This Summer
WHAT:
SAHARA Las Vegas will host a job fair on May 17 and 18 for Balla Italian Soul, a new Italian concept by James Beard award-winning Chef Shawn McClain slated to open on this summer. Balla Italian Soul will serve as a high-energy destination restaurant featuring seasonal cuisine representing a number of Italian regions.
Positions available at the soon-to-be-open fine dining concept include fine dining servers, bussers/runners, hostesses, cooks, Chefs de Partie and sommelier. Interested applicants are invited to attend the job fair or apply online at saharalasvegas.com/careers.
