Demand for premium apartment community in downtown Las Vegas is high
The construction of the second shareDOWNTOWN residential apartment community in the Fremont East neighborhood of downtown Las Vegas is ahead of schedule and will begin offering hard hat tours for prospective tenants on Monday, Oct. 17.
The five-floor shareDOWNTOWN Fremont East building is fully framed, the roof is enclosed, windows are set on multiple floors, and dry wall installation has begun.
On the hard hat tour, prospective tenants will see the singular open concept apartment layout as well as the spaces planned for the building’s public areas, including the HQ (business center), community kitchen, fitness center, open air courtyard, and observation / amenity deck on the fourth floor. Tours last 15 to 30-minutes.
Hard hat tours of shareDOWNTOWN Fremont East, located at 231 N. 11th Street (southeast corner of Stewart Avenue and 11th Street), are available by appointment only and can be reserved online at www.sharedowntown.com.
Grant Garcia, chief operating officer of Cherry Development, the developer of shareDOWNTOWN noted that there is a lot of interest in the downtown Las Vegas apartment communities.
“shareDOWNTOWN in the Arts District is fully leased and has a waiting list,” Garcia said. “Given the growing demand for a premium live/work/play lifestyle in downtown Las Vegas, we recently started a list of interested individuals for the Fremont East building. Hard hat tours give people the opportunity to get a sneak peak of the building and officially join the interest list so they can be first in line when we begin pre-leasing and accepting deposits for units on Nov. 1.”
With 84 one-bedroom units on four floors, shareDOWNTOWN Fremont East’s open-concept apartment units will offer the same modern design elements as those in shareDOWNTOWN Arts District, including European cabinetry, wood plank-style flooring, quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a smart all-in-one washer/dryer.
