DINING
Easter
Hop on over to your favorite restaurant at Silverton Casino! To celebrate Easter, guests can enjoy limited time food and beverage specials:
Twin Creeks Steakhouse will offer special menu items on April 7 and 8 from 4:30-9:30 p.m., and April 9 from 3-9 p.m., including:
· Tomato bisque, made with grilled cheese croutons and basil ($12)
· Scallop Oscar, made with asparagus, crab cake and béarnaise ($55)
· Cannoli duo, made with chocolate chip and pistachio ($12)
In honor of the holiday, Sundance Grill will offer a $45 three-course menu April 7-9 from 4 p.m. to close, including:
· Choice of house salad or soup du jour
· Grilled lamb chops, served with buttered mashed potatoes, haricots verts and mint demi sauce
· Lemon meringue tart, served with fresh blueberry compote
On April 7-9 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., WuHu Noodle will celebrate Easter with a tasty special, the steamed silken egg with shrimp, made with a steamed silken egg topped with shrimp, bamboo shoots wood ear mushrooms, green onions and oyster sauce ($22)
Mi Casa Grill Cantina will celebrate Easter on April 8 and 9 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a $55 three-course menu, including:
· Marinated gulf shrimp, marinated in fresh lime juice, onions, tomatoes and avocado mousse
· Pecan-crusted Chilean sea bass, served over corn ragout and citrus cream sauce
· Arroz con leche served with passion fruit sauce
On April 8 and 9 from 4-9 p.m., Su Casa Sushi will offer a $35 bento box with tasty bites, including:
· Lobster miso soup, made with lobster meat, shiitake mushrooms and green scallions
· Teriyaki-glazed salmon bento box, served with teriyaki-glazed salmon, furikake shrimp, Asian cucumber salad, green bean gomaae and tomago
· Coconut macadamia nut cheesecake served with passion fruit sauce
Drink Free on Your Birthday
Silverton Casino is now offering Birthday Happy Hour at Shady Grove Lounge Thursdays through Mondays after 4 p.m. With a reservation made in advance for up to 12 people, guests celebrating their birthday will receive complimentary draft beers, well cocktails and house wine for up to two hours. Friends can also enjoy Birthday Happy Hour specials, including:
· $2.50 Pacifico drafts
· $3 domestic bottles
· $4 draft beer
· $5 house wine
· $6 well drinks and mixers
Birthday Happy Hour is valid throughout the entire month of the guest’s birthday in 2023. Reservations must be made at least one day in advance. Guests must be 21+ to visit Shady Grove Lounge and will be required to present a valid ID upon arrival.
ENTERTAINMENT
April 21 – Cumbia Fest
Cumbia Fest, a night of Latin dance, music and fiesta, will make its way to Veil Pavilion on Friday, April 21 at 8 p.m. Originated from Columbia, Cumbia is a style of Latin music that uses a blend of African, Central American and European styles with musical instruments such as drums, flutes, maracas and accordions. The high-energy fiesta will feature performances by three popular bands, including Sonora Santanera, La Sonora Dinamita and Sonora Tropicana. General admission tickets are available for presale starting at $40 and will increase to $50 on the day of the show. Seating is first-come, first-served. Doors open at 7 p.m.
Mermaid School
· Mermaid School for kids is available Saturdays, April 1, 15 and 29 from 8:30-10 a.m.
· Mermaid School for families (ages 7-adults) is available on Sunday, April 23 from 8:30-10 a.m.
· Mermaid School for adults (ages 19 and older) is available on Sundays, April 2, 9, 16 and 30 from 8:30-10 a.m.
Interactive stingray feedings daily at 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Live Music in Mermaid Lounge with Mermaid Lounge Live!
Fridays & Saturdays from 8-11 p.m.
