Orders Will Be Accepted Beginning Tuesday, April 7th at Both Locations 

 

Kitchen Table located in Henderson and Kitchen Table Squared located at The Gramercy are offering “traditional” Easter holiday tamales served curbside in light of the COVID-19 shut-in. The restaurant will offer one dozen green chile verde chicken tamales or chili Colorado pork tamales at just $30 per dozen.

“Traditions should be kept alive regardless of the pandemic,” said Executive Chef and Owner Javier Chavez when asked about why he felt the need to implement an Easter menu at both of his locations. “With Easter egg hunts and church services being canceled, I want to be able to bring a sense of joy to the kitchen table for my loyal patrons with affordable, family-friendly options.”

Both locations are offering curbside pickup on Saturday, April 11th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. where management will coordinate staggered curbside delivery times to avoid traffic.

The specialty menu offers dishes such as Smoked Salmon Blini ($12), smoked salmon served on top of a boxty with lemon aioli and pickled red onion; Pan Roasted Chicken ($22) featuring a French-cut pan seared and roasted chicken breast topped with a  sundried tomato and garlic cream sauce and a side of roasted fingerling potatoes tossed with baby spinach and cherry tomatoes; or Seared Halibut ($24) pan seared and dusted with herbs, and served with parmesan risotto and sautéed asparagus with a  balsamic glaze.  Guests looking for something sweet can indulge in the pub’s homemade Whiskey Caramel Bread Pudding** ($10), warmed cinnamon bread pudding, covered in a house whiskey caramel sauce and topped with whipped cream.

Top of the World, famous for its 360-degree rotating dining room on the 106th floor, will serve an Easter brunch menu from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. The prix fixe brunch, priced at $58 for adults and $38 for children, will include a choice of an entrée along with a salad, fruit, pastry and dessert bar.

 

Main course selections include: Crab and prawn Louie salad, buttermilk fried chicken, oysters Rockefeller, surf and turf gumbo, butter poached filet mignon and seared farm eggs, croque madame, prawn or jumbo lump crab cocktail, pancake soufflé, avocado toast or crab cakes benedict.

 

Additional offerings that will be available for purchase include foie gras, priced at $24; a Maine lobster tail, priced at $28; shrimp scampi, priced at $21; and the Top of the World seafood tower, prepared with seasonal oysters, lobster Waldorf salad, prawn cocktail and crab claws, priced at $69. Earth Day (April 21-22): The LINQ Promenade will go green this Earth Day, showcasing sustainable art by Las Vegas artists, demos and pop-up shops all along the outdoor district throughout the weekend. The Sunday festival will conclude with a sustainable fashion show. Additional details will be announced later this month.

Cinco de Mayo (May 5): Festive décor will line the streets of The LINQ Promenade during the annual Cinco de Mayo festival. Entertainment will include a nine-piece Mariachi band, Viajero, accompanied by traditional Mariachi dancers. Guests will enjoy street tacos, Mexican style corn, margarita specials and live entertainment hosted by Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar. To celebrate the Mexican holiday, the High Roller will be lit green, white and red.

South Point Hotel, Casino and Spa is offering an endless array of Easter meal options to choose from at their most popular restaurants on Sunday, April 16, including Baja Miguel’s, Coronado Café, Don Vito’s, Garden Buffet, Primarily Prime Rib and Silverado Steak House.

 

Baja Miguel’s offers a three-course menu from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $18.95 per person, including a complimentary Margarita or glass of wine and dishes such as:

  • First Course: Bacon Wrapped Asparagus, served with a sweet chili sauce; or Shrimp and Crab Cocktail, with a margarita infused cocktail sauce.
  • Second Course: Baja Beef Filet, an 8 ounce filet topped with a mushroom butter sauce; or Miguel’s Blackened Salmon. Second course dishes include a side of white rice and sautéed vegetables.
  • Third Course: Capirotada, a traditional bread pudding drizzled with a brandy sauce; or Mini Fruit Chimichanga, strawberry, banana and kiwi in a flour tortilla fried to a golden brown and topped with vanilla ice cream.

 

Coronado Café celebrates Easter with a three-course menu from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $14.95 per person, which includes a complimentary cocktail or glass of wine and features menu items such as:

Don Vito’s offers guests a three-course specialty menu from 3 to 9 p.m. for $39 per person that includes a complimentary cocktail or glass of wine and dishes such as:

  • First Course: Asparagus Salad, topped with a whole grain mustard sabayon; Black Garlic Onion Soup; Cheese Stuffed Polenta, topped with a sausage crumble; or Golden Fried Oysters, lightly breaded with a side of garlic aioli.
  • Second Course: Broiled Filet of Salmon, drizzled with a blood orange zinfandel cream; Gemelli Pasta, topped with an Abruzzi style lamb sauce; or Peppercorn and Porcini Mushroom Crusted Filet, served with creamed brie and a mushroom sauce. The Broiled Filet of Salmon and Peppercorn and Porcini Mushroom Crusted Filet are served with a side of pasta and seasonal vegetables.

Primarily Prime Rib offers guests a three-course specialty menu from 2 to 9 p.m. for $35 per person that includes a complimentary cocktail or glass of wine and features items such as:

  • First Course: Asparagus Risotto, topped with toasted pine nuts and parmesan cheese;L.T. Deviled Eggs, topped with apple wood bacon and chopped tomato on a bed of spring lettuce; Cream of Chicken Soup, topped with spring vegetables; or Farmer’s Market Salad Bowl dressed with a white cider vinaigrette.
  • Second Course: Chicken Scaloppini, topped with a wild mushroom cream sauce; Grilled Snapper, served on a bed of cous cous salad in a tomato basil broth; Prime Rib of Beef, dry aged and slowly cooked for full flavor; or Roast Leg of Spring Lamb, drizzled with a minted demi. Second course dishes are served with chateau or Yukon Gold whipped potatoes and green beans.
  • Third Course: Coconut Cream Tart, topped with marinated strawberries; or Mocha Mousse Cake, topped with raspberries.

 

Silverado Steak House offers a four-course specialty menu from 4 to 10 p.m. for $55 per person with a complimentary cocktail or glass of wine and includes:

  • First Course: Asian Shrimp Salad Lettuce Wraps; Braised Lamb Crepes, drizzled with a tzatziki cream and roasted tomatoes; or Chilled Asparagus Micro Greens, served with vine ripened golden tomatoes and a basil dressing.
  • Second Course: Chicken & Spring Vegetable Broth; or Romaine and Orange Salad, tossed in a citrus vinaigrette.
  • Third Course: Beef Stroganoff, beef tenderloin tips sautéed with sherry and mushrooms, topped with a sour cream sauce and served over rice pilaf and braised red cabbage; Citrus Roasted Salmon, drizzled with a sweet pea pureé and served over orzo pilaf with a lemon butter sauce and asparagus tips; Chicken Cordon Blue Silverado Style, Francaise style chicken breast and Black Forest ham topped with emmental cheese, diced tomato and a side of green beans and chateau potatoes; or Rolled Loin of Lamb with Spinach and Pistachio, served with chateau potatoes, minted peas and baby carrots.

EASTER BUNNY PHOTOS
Members of Galleria at Sunset Kids Club will be the first to welcome the Easter Bunny on Saturday, March 25 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. The Easter Bunny will stop by the regular monthly Kids Club event to say hello and give away a special gift before heading to Center Court for photos.

The Easter Bunny will be at Center Court from Saturday, March 25 through Saturday, April 15 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. He will visit and take photos with children of all ages. Fur babies are invited to take have their photos taken with the Easter Bunny every Thursday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

FAMILY EGG HUNT EVENT
Galleria at Sunset will team up with Sunny 106.5 to offer free family activities and egg hunts on Saturday, April 8 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Galleria’s Plaza. Bounce houses, a rock climbing wall, free face painting and a balloon artist will also be available.

Registration begins at 9 a.m. on the upper plaza and is on a first-come-first-served basis. Each child must register and have a wristband to participate. Egg hunts are divided by age, with hunts for children ages 0-4 and ages 5-9. Children can redeem eggs for candy and prizes at the redemption booth located on the lower plaza next to Bravo!
