Valentine’s Day
Love is in the air! Available only on Valentine’s Day, Silverton Casino’s most-loved restaurants will offer tasty holiday specials.
Twin Creeks Steakhouse will celebrate Valentine’s Day with special menu items, including:
· Lobster risotto made with a butter-poached lobster tail and creamy parmesan-basil risotto ($30)
· 14 oz. bone-in filet of beef served with port-braised shallots, bacon, duck fat fried heirloom potatoes and red wine demi glace ($75)
· Café vanilla panna cotta ($12)
From 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sundance Grill will offer:
· Oscar filet of beef medallions, made with lump crab meat, bearnaise, asparagus, scalloped potatoes and parmesan broccolini ($38)
· Chocolate dome, made with chocolate mousse, strawberry cream and chocolate ganache ($12)
Su Casa Sushi Bar will offer Valentine’s Day specials, including:
· Hamachi crudo served with Serrano peppers, smoked soy sauce, yuzu, caviar and gold flakes ($25)
· Surf & turf made with Hibachi wagyu beef ribeye, Asian chimichurri, garlic shrimp, grilled broccolini and wasabi potato puree ($60)
· Japanese shu crumble cream puffs served with mascarpone vanilla cream, mandarin orange gelee and dragon fruit relish ($12)
Mi Casa Grill Cantina will offer delicious Valentine’s Day specials, including:
· Tuna tostadas made with tuna guajillo poke, cucumber-red onion salsa, avocado mousse and watermelon relish ($25)
· Trio de Marisco made with grilled lobster tail, prawns, scallops, roasted corn guajillo sauce, creamy Mexican rice, queso fresco and sweet corn-chorizo hash ($60)
· Concha bread pudding served with caramel ice cream and dulce de leche sauce ($12)
Lunar New Year
In celebration of the Lunar New Year, WuHu Noodle will offer limited-time specials from Feb. 9-25, including:
· Braised sea cucumber, made with black mushroom, baby bok choy, ginger, green onion and oyster sauce ($88)
· Steamed king crab leg, made with ginger, green onion and supreme sauce ($88)
· Jellyfish salad, made with cucumber, sesame, cilantro, pickled radish and carrot ($24)
· Sauteed turnip cake, made with green onion and spicy sauce ($24)

February 11 – Big Game Tailgate Watch Party
Get ready for the ultimate touchdown experience at Silverton Casino’s ‘Big Game’ Tailgate Watch Party on Sunday, Feb. 11 at 1 p.m. in the Silverton parking lot. Watch the action unfold on the giant screens while also enjoying a lineup of top-notch food vendors to elevate the tailgate experience. Plus, attendees can enjoy bottomless drinks for $50. February 16 – Cumbia Fest
Cumbia Fest, a night of Latin dance, music and fiesta, will make its way to Veil Pavilion on Friday, April 21 at 8 p.m. Originated from Columbia, Cumbia is a style of Latin music that uses a blend of African, Central American and European styles with musical instruments such as drums, flutes, maracas and accordions. The high-energy fiesta will feature performances by three popular bands, including Rocio La Dama De La Cumbia, Vilma Diz y la Sonora and La Luz Roja. General admission tickets are available starting at $45. Seating is first-come, first-served. Doors open at 7 p.m.
Mermaid School for Kids is available Feb. 3 and 17 from 8:30-10 a.m.
Mermaid School for Adults is available Feb. 18 from 8:30-10 a.m.
Mermaid Swims Mondays through Wednesdays from 4-8 p.m., Thursdays through Saturdays from 12-8 p.m., and Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Interactive stingray feedings daily at 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Live Music in Mermaid Lounge with Mermaid Lounge Live!
