Twin Creeks Steakhouse at Silverton Casino is now offering Social Hour from 4-6 p.m. every Wednesday through Sunday, featuring food and drink offerings designed to elevate the evening.
Social Hour provides a carefully curated beverage menu with wine and handcrafted cocktails. Lounge favorites include the Bonanza Cabernet Sauv California ($9); Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc California ($9); Gold Fashioned, made with barrel-aged Frey Ranch bourbon, Xalar Vermouth, limoncello and local choke cherry honey ($15); and My Way, made with Vegas Baby Vodka and lime juice, simple syrup, ginger beer and a choice of tropical, mixed berry, strawberry or citrus flavoring ($10).
Additionally, beer aficionados can explore the locally brewed Crafthaus Brewery Cans Collection, featuring:
· Czech Plz, a crisp Pilsner with spicy hops and a rocky white head ($6)
· Belgard Stout, brewed with cold brew and roasty, dark chocolate ($6)
· Resinate, an American IPA with pine, grapefruit and resinous flavors ($6)
· Evocation Farmhouse Ale, infused with pink peppercorn ($6)
· Hop Vegas, a West Coast IPA with layers of hops, rip citrus, pine and tropical notes ($8)
