The new hotspot at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino promises to tickle funny bones and more with its perfect combination of burlesque and standup comedy. Featuring a rotating lineup of prominent headliners, Sin City Comedy is proud to announce Russ T Nailz as the featured headliner from November 12th to the 18th.
Russ T Nailz, formally known as Russ Stolnack, is a seasoned comedian- as he has been making people laugh since 1957. Stolnack has always had entertainment and comedy come naturally to him. He began his career as a comedic radio jock and TV news reporter, and later moved into the live comedy explosion in the late 70’s. Known for his quick, though sometimes “un-forgiving” wit and gregarious personality, Stolnack has received many recognitions and accomplishments throughout his career. In competition against over 80 eager comedians, Stolnack was crowned as the winner of the 1987 San Diego Laff off.
Russ’ humorous presentation, highlights the value and importance of humor in our lives, as Stolnack himself assures, “the audience gets a little message surrounded by BIG laughs”.
In addition to effortlessly delivering personalized comedy platforms, emcee duties are often put in Russ’ hands. His endeavors have concluded in six regional Emmy awards, a Cable Ace Award, and a victory in “The National Speakers Assoc. Comedy Idol Contest”.
Sin City Comedy performs nightly at 9 p.m. at the Sin City Theatre, located on the Mezz at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
