STK Steakhouse Rolls Out Indulgent Prix Fixe Steak Night and Unlimited Weekend Brunch

STK Steakhouse is redefining affordable luxury with two irresistible dining experiences: Steak Night and the new All You Can Brunch.
Available Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., STK’s All You Can Brunch invites guests to indulge in endless brunch favorites for just $49 per person (when the entire table participates). The experience kicks off with a pastry basket to share, then opens up to a spread that covers every craving:
- Cold appetizers: Tuna tartare, beet and burrata salad, Cobb salad and charcuterie
- Sweet plates: Fresh fruit and panna cotta, cinnamon French toast and pancakes with eggs any style
- Hot entrees: Smoked pork belly Benedict, hot chicken and waffles, breakfast sliders, mushroom and truffle tagliatelle, and signature steak frites
- Savory sides: Bacon, broccolini, sausage, eggs (any style) and corn pudding
To make brunch even more indulgent, guests can sip happy hour–priced brunch cocktails or go bottomless with mimosas, Bloody Marys, Aperol spritzes and gin blossoms for just $35 per person.
For steak lovers, STK’s Steak Night prix fixe menu makes a luxurious dinner out surprisingly approachable. Offered Sunday through Thursday from 3:30–5:30 p.m. and again from 10 p.m. until close, this three-course feast includes a choice of starter, entree, side and dessert.
- Starters: Lil’ Brgs made with wagyu beef and STK’s signature sauce; jalapeño pickled shrimp cocktail; or baby gem Caesar salad with Parmigiano Reggiano, lemon black pepper emulsion and herb croutons
- Entrees: 6 oz. filet mignon, 8 oz. steakhouse skirt steak, maple-rubbed salmon with pickled cherry tomatoes, piquillo broccolini and olive dressing, or mushroom & truffle tagliatelle with pecorino and shaved black truffle
- Sides: Choice of Yukon gold mashed potatoes, asparagus, or mac & cheese
- Desserts: Flourless chocolate cake or zesty lemon cake
