Alder & Birch Cocktails and Dining Hosts Exceptional Four-Course Wine Dinner with Justin Vineyards June 28
The wine dinner features the following selections:
Shrimp, oyster and cold lobster medallion paired with a Justin Sauvignon Blanc.
Portabella mushroom napoleon served family style with grilled vegetables, goat cheese, orange and tomato salsa and truffle oil paired with Justin Cabernet Sauvignon.
Tournedos served family style, featuring center-cut medallions of beef tenderloin and roasted bone marrow with foie gras butter, vegetable bundle, garlic crostini and chimichurri. This meal will be paired with Justin Savant Red Blend.
Traditional miniature cannolis served on a cannoli cake with raspberry and crème anglaise sauces, mixed berries and chantilly paired with Justin Chardonnay.
