 Flower Child, Sam Fox’s healthy fast-casual restaurant, is set to open its first location in Nevada on Wednesday, May 2, in Las Vegas. Located at Rampart Commons, adjacent to the community of Summerlin, the colorful eatery will serve nourishing food in a cheerful environment. With a menu devoted to bowls, wraps, grains, greens, Kombucha, and a large variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, Flower Child aims to revitalize body, mind, and soul.

 

The eatery will offer a robust menu catering to any diet. Flower Child’s salads, whole-grain wraps, and bowls are full of seasonal, responsibly-sourced ingredients prepared from scratch. Power-packed proteins like all-natural chicken, sustainable salmon, grass-fed steak, and organic Non-GMO Tofu can be added to any salad, plate or bowl. Menu highlights include Vietnamese Crunch and Organic Kale Salads, Mother Earth Bowl, and Avocado Hummus. The Children’s Menu offers healthy options like Gluten-Free Mac and Cheese, and Sweet Corn and Quinoa. Daily fresh juice, Kombucha on tap, local beer and wine, and seasonal lemonade will refresh and revitalize. Guests can leave happy with gluten-free dessert options like Chocolate Pudding, Brownies or Chocolate Chip Cookies.

 

Led by Executive Chef Sean Rainaldi, the 5,590-square foot restaurant will offer lunch, dinner, and refreshing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages every day, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The fast-casual eatery will feature a separate to-go line convenient for those on the go, as well as indoor seating in a cheerful environment, and an expansive outdoor patio with seating for 80.

 

The new restaurant will be Flower Child’s first location in Nevada and 9th in the U.S. with other locations in Arizona, California, and Texas. Flower Child will be Founder Sam Fox’s third culinary concept in Las Vegas, behind Culinary Dropout and North Italia, as part of Fox Restaurant Concepts’ collection of 14 restaurant brands. Fox, known for his passion for great food, design, lifestyle and hospitality, is also a James Beard Award nominee for Restaurateur of the Year, New York Times best-selling cookbook author, recipient of the Richard Melman Innovator of the Year Award by Restaurant Hospitality magazine and has been recognized as one of the 50 most influential people in the restaurant industry by Nation’s Restaurant News.

North Italia, Sam Fox’s wildly popular Italian restaurant, is set to open its first location in Nevada on Wednesday, Dec. 13 in Las Vegas. Located at Rampart Commons, adjacent to the community of Summerlin, the modern Italian restaurant will offer dishes handmade from scratch daily, including pizza and pasta made with seasonal and fresh ingredients from the garden, farm and sea.

Using only the best ingredients, the family-friendly eatery will offer a robust menu including antipasti (daily soup, charcuterie and bruschetta), salads full of seasonal ingredients and a main entrée menu driven by both traditional Italian cuisine and lighter fresh fish dishes. Everything from the pasta to pizza dough is made fresh on the premise daily. North Italia will also feature toast-worthy cocktails, quality wines at approachable prices and craft beers to accompany the artisanal Italian dishes.

 

Led by Executive Chef Philipp Norsetter, the 6,970-square foot restaurant will offer lunch and dinner every day, weekend brunch and happy hour Sunday through Friday. The culinary gem will feature an exhibition kitchen overlooking the dining room, a full bar and seating for up to 254 guests including an expansive outdoor patio with seating for 95.

 

The new restaurant will be North Italia’s first location in Nevada and 12th in the U.S. with other locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas and Texas. North Italia will also be Sam Fox’s second culinary concept in Las Vegas and part of Fox Restaurant Concepts’ collection of 16 restaurant brands including national brands, True Food Kitchen and Culinary Dropout.
