Easy’s Cocktail Lounge, the sultry speakeasy hidden inside Proper Eats Food Hall at ARIA Resort & Casino, is bringing back some “killer” sounds as The Killers’ touring guitarist and keyboardist Ted Sablay returns to the speakeasy for another performance starting at 8 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 16. Not “losing touch,” Easy’s will be the place to be for fans of The Killers to catch an up-close and personal performance from one of the band’s touring members as Ted Sablay takes the stage at the intimate speakeasy. Guests can look forward to a setlist filled with a combination of Sablay’s original works alongside covers of longtime The Killers classics.

To elevate the evening, Easy’s is offering a specialty menu featuring cocktails like the Read My Mind, a tart blend of Monkey 47 Gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup and Perrier-Jouet Brut Champagne, topped with a lemon twist for garnish; and the For Reasons Unknown, a deep and complex cocktail of Beau Joie Brut and Angostura Bitters, muddled with a sugar cube and garnished with a lemon twist; both priced at $29. For those looking to turn their night up to 11, Easy’s offers a Indie Luxe Caviar Service, two glasses of Perrier Jouet or Beau Joie Champagne, and guests choice between Sasanian, Siberian Supreme caviar priced at $130, or Sasanian, Imperial Golden Osetra Malossol caviar, priced at $325. Both options come served with fresh blini, creme fraiche, chopped egg and chives.

Known for its theatrical “show stopper” cocktails and intimate setting, Easy’s Cocktail Lounge is open Tuesday through Saturday from 6 p.m. – 2 a.m. With limited capacity, reservations are strongly encouraged.
