Top of the World Brunch and Observation Deck Party
The SkyPod at The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod will celebrate Easter Sunday with an elevated brunch at the award-winning Top of the World restaurant and a party at the Observation Deck, including a special visit from the Easter Bunny, on Sunday, April 12.
Top of the World’s Easter brunch will include one entrée, a choice between southern fried chicken and a buttermilk waffle; an herb-crusted pork chop; crab cake benedict; Harris Ranch filet mignon, prepared Oscar style; Cajun prawns and grits; Challah bread stuffed French toast; and salmon a la pancha. Selections also include foie gras, a 6-ounce Australian lobster tail and shrimp scampi for an additional cost. Top of the World’s signature seafood tower will also be available, prepared with shrimp cocktail, lobster tail, king crab legs, snow crab claws, priced at $99.
Salad selections will include strawberry salad with poppy seeds, Caesar salad in a hollowed cheese wheel, mixed greens salad with a choice of dressing, Waldorf salad, and cheesy bacon ranch salad. Buffet savories will include tuna tartar, Atlantic salmon poke, a selection of hummus with crostini, three types of deviled eggs, avocado toast and salmon lox with bagel chips. The buffet will also include truffle mac and cheese, Nueske’s thick cut bacon, candy bacon and Gruyère home fried potatoes. The Easter brunch will also include buffet stations, which will include desserts, artisan breads and pastries; and a build-your-own omelet station with crab, chicken breast, ham, bacon, sausage, avocado, artichoke hearts and more. The Easter party on the Observation Deck, located on the 108th floor of the SkyPod tower, will include face painters, balloon artists, a magician, a fast paced artist and an Easter themed photo wall. Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny will visit the Observation Deck and Top of the World. The Observation Deck, priced at $25 per guest and complimentary with brunch purchases at Top of the World, will be held from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Tickets are available for purchase here.
