The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower to Grill Up a Festive Memorial
Day Weekend with Barbecue Dishes, Drinks and More
To kick off the start of summer, The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower will offer featured Memorial Day weekend dishes and drinks at its restaurants, bars and lounges starting on Friday, May 24.
Top of the World, famous for its spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip and mountains from a 360-degree rotating dining room, will feature an entreé of 12-ounce lime and garlic marinated skirt steak served with rajas con crema, charred corn salad and queso cotija, priced at $68 and available from Friday, May 24 through Monday, May 27.
A featured special will be available at McCall’s Heartland Grill on Friday, May 24 through Sunday, May 26. The Pitmaster special will include smoked barbecue Cornish game hen, grilled hot link and chargrilled skirt steak served with ranch style mashed potatoes and coleslaw, priced at $55. Private barrel selection two-ounce pours will also be available, with choice of Frey Ranch Barrel Strength Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Rare Character STRAT single barrel bourbon or Angel’s Envy Kentucky Bourbon Golden Entertainment cask, served neat or with a giant ice cube, priced at $15.
Throughout Memorial Day Weekend, PT’s Wings & Sports and View Lounge will offer a barbecue sampler featuring Carolina pulled pork, St. Louis ribs, smoked sausage, barbecued beans, potato salad and bread and butter pickles, priced at $39, and smoked brisket tacos topped with street corn, pico de gallo and jalapeño lime crema, priced at $19. Both dishes will be available from Friday, May 24 through Monday, May 27.
Festive drinks will flow at PT’s Wings & Sports, View Lounge and REMIX Lounge from Friday, May 24 through Monday, May 27. The All American special will include a choice of Budweiser, Bud Light, Michelob ULTRA, Coors Light or Miller Lite beer, paired with a shot of either Jim Beam bourbon, Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey or Tito’s Handmade Vodka, priced at $13.
Surrounded by stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip and Valley, guests can enjoy the Patriot Colada made with BACARDÍ Superior Rum, blue curaçao, strawberry and piña colada mix, priced at $10 and available exclusively at 108 Drinks from Friday, May 24 through Monday, May 27.
Poolside bites and drink specials will be available at Swim & Social, the rooftop resort-style pool and play experience from Friday, May 24 through Monday, May 27. Featured selections will include bourbon-barbecued half rack of St. Louis ribs served with braised pork belly baked beans and pineapple coleslaw, priced at $32; a hoisin-chile barbecued pulled pork belly sandwich accompanied by baked beans and pineapple coleslaw, priced at $18; and buckets of five NÜTRL vodka seltzers, priced at $35.
Swim & Social will also debut Last Hour Happy Hour beginning Friday, May 24. From 4 to 5 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday and from 5 to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, all beverages will be available for half-price including signature cocktails and a variety of beers, wines, seltzers and non-alcoholic selections.
