Spangled Specials to Honor Independence Day

To celebrate the 4th of July, The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower will offer featured dishes and drinks at its restaurants, bars and lounges from Thursday, July 4, to Sunday, July 7.
Top of the World, famous for its spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding mountains from its 360-degree rotating dining room, will feature a seasonal old fashioned crafted with Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey brown sugar, lemon essence and Angostura aromatic bitters, priced at $23; a crab and roasted corn hush puppies starter made with caramelized onion cream and jicama slaw, priced at $26; and a cherry whiskey glazed pulled pork entrée featuring Carolina Gold potato hash and fried okra, priced at $48.
Featured specials available at McCall’s Heartland Grill include a cherry pecan wood smoked prime rib made with cheddar potato au gratin, a grilled shrimp skewer, chargrilled barbecue spiced corn on the cobb, au jus and creamy horseradish, priced at $54; a cherry crisp dessert with vanilla ice cream, priced at $12; the Land of the Free bourbon flight featuring Basil Hayden Kentucky Straight Bourbon , Blanton’s Original Single Barrel Bourbon and 4 Roses Single Barrel Bourbon, priced at $30; and the Bourbon Smash cocktail crafted with Woodford Reserve Bourbon Whiskey, lemon, raspberry and basil, priced at $10.
PT’s Wings & Sports and View Lounge will offer a brisket melt featuring slow cooked beef brisket, jalapeño slaw, pepper jack cheese, marbled rye and mac and cheese, priced at $18.
Celebratory drink specials will flow at PT’s Wings & Sports, View Lounge, 108 Drinks and REMIX Lounge throughout Independence Day weekend. The specials will feature domestic drafts including Budweiser, Bud Light, Michelob Ultra, Coors Light and Miller Light, priced at $6; and Twisted Tea in the flavor Rocket Pop, priced at $6.
