Toca Madera located at The Shops at Crystals will celebrate Valentine’s Day on February 14. Guests can enjoy a romantic dining atmosphere with specially curated cocktails, desserts and culinary options including:
- La Enamorada: El Tesoro reposado, guava, coconut, Nonino Amaro, lime, banana, fresh pineapple, mint and bitters ($17)
- Maravilla: Ketel One, Lillet Rosé, lemon, simple, pineapple, Campari, pineapple sorbet, prosecco and gold dust ($19)
- Kale & Spinach Salad: Shaved funnel, apple, watermelon radish, tajin croutons, cotija, ancho chile vinaigrette ($20)
- Short Rib & Scallops: Braised short rib, diver scallops, creamy polenta, cherry wine reduction, crispy leeks ($65)
- Steak and Lobster: 16oz coffee chipotle crusted chateaubriand, lobster tails, cashew salsa match and toasted sunflower ($195)
- Red Velvet Cheesecake: Red wine reduction, Buñuel crisp, Chantilly whipped cream and strawberries ($22)
- Strawberries & Bubbles: Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label champagne and chocolate covered strawberries ($200)
