- Intimate dinners for two surrounded at Barry’s Downtown Prime;
- The Love Potion #8 Shake at Victory Burger & Wings Co.;
- Festive cocktails at Vegas Vickie’s Cocktail Lounge;

Barry’s Downtown Prime
Circa’s premier steakhouse, Barry’s Downtown Prime, will celebrate the day of love with a specialty prix fixe menu available only within Barry’s Garden Room. Centered around a lush olive tree with glimmering lights, the semi-private Garden Room will create an intimate setting fit for any couple this February 14. Kick off the evening with an upscale glass of champagne and tableside offerings prepared and presented by Chef Barry S. Dakake himself. The menu includes:
- Crustacean & Champagne – Chilled Maine lobster, Alaskan king crab, Mexican white shrimp cocktail, Kusshi oyster with Royal Osetra caviar and spicy cocktail sauce.
- Italian Black Truffle Risotto – Fresh truffles, minced chives and extra virgin olive oil.
- Ultimate Surf & Turf – Tableside lobster flambe, Robbins Island filet mignon, Diver Maine scallops, baby carrots, potato gnocchi and fresh truffles.
- Tableside Banana Flambe

Barry’s main dining room is also taking reservations for Valentine’s Day with a prix fixe menu curated by Chef Barry. Menu highlights include:
- Chilled Shellfish Platter – Main lobster, king crab legs, East and West Coast oysters, jumbo shrimp cocktail, octopus and calamari salad, spicy cocktail sauce and an apple cider mignonette
- Caviar – One ounce of Royal Osetra caviar, toasted brioche, egg whites, egg yolks, minced chive, red onion and crème fraiche.
- Colorado Lamb Chops – With parmesan, a pine nut crust and rosemary red wine sauce.
- Colossal Australian Lobster Tail – Two-pound lobster tail meat, scampi sauce and clarified butter.
- Red Velvet Cheesecake
Reservations for Barry’s prix fixe Valentine’s menu are now live and can be reserved here. The prix fixe menu is priced at $165 + LET tax per person.
Victory Burger & Wings Co.
Share a “Love Potion #8 Shake” with your date and watch your favorite teams while overlooking the world’s largest sportsbook at Victory Burger & Wings Co. Made especially for the holiday, the shake is blended with grenadine, featuring decadent cheesecake pieces and candy hearts will be available for the month of February.

Vegas Vickie’s
