Two cocktails made with Vegas Baby Vodka will be available for happy hour at AMARI Italian Kitchen and Wine Shop to celebrate Friendsgiving
Vegas Baby Vodka and AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop, located at UnCommons in Southwest Las Vegas, will raise a glass and celebrate Friendsgiving on Wednesday, Nov. 22. A popular new neighborhood eatery, AMARI will feature two specialty cocktails crafted with Vegas Baby Vodka available all day, plus the Friendsgiving celebration will extend to AMARI’s happy hour, available from 3 to 5:30 p.m.
Celebrated every year the day before Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving is an opportunity for friends to get together and celebrate friendship. It’s in that spirit that two local favorites, Vegas Baby Vodka and AMARI, have come together to toast the unofficial holiday with two cocktails, Il Bambino and Sprezzatura, each priced at $12.
Indulge in the refreshing taste of Il Bambino, an embodiment of Italian sophistication with a modern twist. This exquisite concoction combines the smoothness of Vegas Baby Vodka with the warmth of limoncello. A splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice adds a tangy, citrusy note while berry basil syrup creates an infusion that weaves the richness of berries and the freshness of basil.
The Sprezzatura cocktail presents a flavorful fusion of Vegas Baby Vodka and passion fruit. Vegas Baby Vodka provides a clean canvas upon which the passion fruit’s tropical sweetness and tartness can shine. Lime juice adds a kick, creating a beautifully balanced profile, and the refreshing cocktail is finished off with Prosecco.
AMARI will also offer its full happy hour menu, which features a combination of light dishes and refreshing beverages. Selections include housemade herb focaccia with garlic cream, priced at $5; woodfired margherita pizza, priced at $15; the chef’s selection of salumi and cheese paired with grape and red onion housemade bread, priced at $15; as well as arancini made with beef and pork sausage, taleggio, complete with tomato sauce, priced at $10. In addition to the cocktails, happy hour beverages consist of a glass of red or white wine, priced at $11; a bottle of Peroni, priced at $8; and guests can add Fernet, an Italian type of amaro, to go along with their beer for a total of $18; and the cocktail of the day, priced at $12. For those who want the best of both food and beverages, a bottle of wine can be paired with the salumi and cheese plate for $39. Happy hour offers are subject to change due to the ongoing introduction of new dishes and seasonal ingredients.
