The Get Down
This summer, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is revamping its Friday night entertainment offerings, working in tandem with buzzy local entertainment curators We The Beat and Paradice Fest to premiere The Get Down, a weekly gathering of curated DJ sets, refined cocktails and unmatched ambiance. Taking place in the resort’s atmospheric and intimate lounge The Shag Room, guests can dance the night away to a vibey soundtrack from 9:00 p.m. – late every Friday night.

- Friday, July 18 at 9:00 p.m. – The energetic debut of The Get Down, featuring a vintage photo booth, live entertainers and carefully crafted DJ sets from CC Elise, DJElani and Jkrazy.
Open Mic Night
Hosted every Wednesday by Las Vegas’ own Shawn Eiferman, local Las Vegas musicians can come show off their talent inside the immaculate Shag Room. Running from 8:00 p.m. – late, contestants showcase what makes the local Las Vegas music scene special, and have a chance of winning a residency to perform weekly at the lounge.
