AT THREE WILDFIRE GAMING LOCATIONS
New restaurant concept developed by Station Casinos offers craft burgers and beer
Wildburger, a fresh new casual burger joint concept that brings together high-quality food and great value, is scheduled to open at three locations in April, becoming the signature restaurant for the Wildfire Gaming division of Station Casinos. The restaurant will soon be available at:
- Wildfire Boulder, 2000 S. Boulder Highway, Las Vegas, 89015
- Wildfire Lanes, 4451 E. Sunset Rd., Henderson, 89014
- Wildfire Rancho, 1901 North Rancho Drive, Las Vegas, 89106
Wildburger is a quick service restaurant where guests order at the counter and servers deliver food to the table in dining rooms that offer contemporary flare with comfort and a bit of nostalgia. The Wildburger concept was designed to offer a hearty, casual American-style meal.
The food of Wildburger will satisfy nearly all appetites with burgers being the star. Diners are able to choose a preferred bun, including the signature brioche, a protein from choices of signature Angus beef, turkey, chicken and even a veggie patty option. Gourmet toppings include aged craft cheeses, grilled Portobello mushrooms and fried egg. Diners then choose from a variety of sauces. Guests may also go for suggested pairings, like the signature Wildburger with cheddar cheese lettuce, tomato, signature slaw and pickled onions. Starting price for a burger with a side of fries is about $7.
Wildburger will also serve an extensive chicken wing selection with a range of sauces from mild to hot and spicy. Other choices include foot-long hot dogs, homemade chili, and baskets of fries and fried onions. The menu even includes breakfast such as the signature breakfast skillet with an Angus patty, cheese, eggs, ham and home fries.
Wildburger will feature 25 types of popular bottled beer, from old favorites like PBR and Schlitz, to micro-brews such as Wasatch White Ale and Tenaya Creek Calico Brown. This is in addition to soft drinks, freshly brewed Kona coffee and a selection of Naked juices.
Food is served in a stylish, yet comfortable environment. The décor is an old-meets-new concept. It has an “Old Vegas” look that features contemporary furnishings with retro flare and touches that include the beer menu listed in neon.
Wildburger is available 24/7. While the dining room will be open in the morning for breakfast and until late evening for dinner, Wildburger’s full menu will be available at the casino bars at all times. Takeout service is also available at all locations.
