Francis Ford Coppola Winery Winemaker’s Dinner at Tuscany Gardens
Over twenty years of wine production is celebrated with a curated six-course dinner at Tuscany Gardens
Tuscany Gardens is celebrating this winter with a vintner’s dinner on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 7 p.m. The upcoming winemaker’s dinner will feature an over-the-top fine dining experience and wines from Francis Ford Coppola Winery. In one night, over six courses, a carefully prepared menu featuring Italian-inspired dishes will be paired with a selection of wine from the famous Coppola Winery. The seating will begin at 7 p.m., costing $150 per person. Reservations are required. The Coppola Winemaker’s Dinner is an opportunity to celebrate the end of the year with family, friends, or business colleagues by engaging all senses at an inspiring dining experience featuring incredible food and award-winning wine.
The paired menu includes:
Amuse Bouche: Roasted Figs – Honey, Balsamic, Crispy Prosciutto, Whipped Ricotta paired with a Diamond Collection Prosecco
Course 1: Avocado Salad – Avocado, Red Onions, Marinated Heirloom Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Mixed Greens, Salsa Verde paired with The Wines of Francis Coppola Chardonnay, Central Coast
Course 2: Tortellinis – Veal, Pork, Demi-Glace Cream Sauce, Hen of the Woods Mushrooms, Oven Cured Tomatoes, Crispy Guanciale paired with Director’s Cut Pinot Noir
Entrée: Halibut – Poached in Herb Olive Oil, Served Over Puttanesca Sauce paired with Diamond Collection Claret
and
Filet – Grilled Prime Filet, Red Wine Reduction, Herb Potato Cake paired with Director’s Cut Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon
Dessert: Olive Oil Cake – Hazelnut Espresso Crumb, Dark Chocolate Ganache, Spiced Pears paired with Reserve Petite Sirah Dessert Wine
