Lupo Looks to Italy’s Piedmont Region for New Friday Feast Menu
Executive Chef Michael Tiva will offer a specialty menu highlighting the flavors of Italy’s Piedmont region. Each Friday throughout the month, the Friday Feast menu will present five dishes inspired by the flavors of the region, along with red and white Piedmont wine pairings. Highlights include the classic Vitello Tonnato – veal carpaccio in a tuna sugo with crisp capers and a savory Veal Osso Bucco Sugo – with bone marrow risotto and fontina cheese. Plates start at $15.

Now through Tuesday, January 31, join Executive Chef Dustin Lewandowski as Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at MGM Grand features French-inspired fare with a special Brasserie Menu. Choose from Parisian plates such as Crisp Duck Confit – with white bean cassoulet, smoked chorizo to Steak Tartare – prime beef, Dijon aioli, capers nestled with a chopped egg overtop, or one of the featured French wines by the glass, and inspired cocktails, spirits and cider.
