81/82 Group’s Early Birds, A Breakfast Spot, will celebrate its first anniversary on Saturday, May 17, with guest promotions and giveaways.
It has been a year of sunny mornings, sweet stacks and savory bites for Early Birds, and in honor of the milestone, the first 50 patrons to arrive when doors open at 7 a.m. will receive complimentary pancakes with the purchase of an entrée. Additionally, as a special thank you to the community that has helped Early Birds soar over the past year, guests who post about their experience on Instagram and tag @earlybirdslv will be entered to win free pancakes for a year. Three lucky winners will be chosen and announced via Instagram on Sunday, May 18.
“Early Birds was created to be a feel-good neighborhood gathering place, and we’re incredibly grateful to our guests who have made it just that,” said Ryan Labbe, founder and CEO of 81/82 Group. “This first year has been filled with incredible energy, creativity and community. We can’t wait to celebrate with our customers, old and new, and kick off year two.”
From day one, Early Birds has offered an inventive take on breakfast favorites, with signature pancakes including Lemon Poppy, Go Coconuts, Churrrrro and S’More What?, plus boozy whipped cream add-ons for grown-up flair. The menu also boasts a wide variety of savory selections, including omelets, benedicts, breakfast sandwiches and house specialties like Breakfast Fried Rice and Griddle Griddle Sandwich.
The beverage menu is equally buzzworthy, featuring artisan coffee drinks, smoothies and brunch-forward cocktails like the Cereal Cocktail of the week that offers a nostalgic taste with an adult twist and the Afternoon Delight, made with whiskey, chocolate milk, creme de cacao and cherry liquor. Anniversary attendees are also encouraged to try some of the May menu specials, such as the limited-time lattes including the Island Matcha, Cinnamon Honey or Butter Me Up.
Over the past year, Early Birds has also prioritized giving back to the community through charitable partnerships and events, including teaming up with local animal nonprofits Nevada SPCA and Hearts Alive Village to host pet adoption events and supply drives.

Early Birds, A Breakfast Spot is the newest concept from Ryan Labbe, founder and CEO of 81/82 Group. Opened in April of 2024 and located at 5025 Blue Diamond Road, Las Vegas, NV 89139, Early Birds offers fun and approachable breakfast, brunch and lunch with a menu filled with creatively crafted dishes and cocktails. The early bird can “catch the worm” and indulge in classics spanning fluffy pancakes, tasty egg sandwiches and timeless munchies with a twist, such as the Croque Madame, Irish Benny and chicken & waffles. Additional savory offerings for lunchtime include a stacked, traditional BLT, a smashburger with all of the accouterments and chicken paillard, among others. Early Birds believes it is never too early for a buzz, whether it be from one of the signature coffee drinks or a handcrafted cocktail, such as the Blackberry Basil Spritz or the Mid-day Margarita.
