Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar Offers FREE Parking to Customers
Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar, conveniently located in The LINQ Promenade and The LINQ Hotel & Casino, now offers customers free parking. Guests receive up to two hours of complimentary self-parking when they present their ticket for validation after dining. Parking is available in the LINQ Promenade surface lot located east of the High Roller.
“We recognize that parking costs have become an added expense and deciding factor,” said Mauricio Rodriguez, Chayo’s General Manager. “If we can assist Las Vegas visitors and residents by offering free parking, in addition to providing great food and beverage in an entertaining atmosphere, we’re pleased to do it.”
In addition to the news of complimentary parking, Chayo also has some delicious food to kickstart your day beginning with an extensive breakfast menu. Morning starters range from classic sweet and savory breakfast entrées consisting of egg dishes, pancakes and Churro French toast to signature regional items such as huevos rancheros, chilaquiles verdes, breakfast burritos and several skillet varieties.
Lunch and dinner items include customer favorites such as house-made guacamole, towering nachos, Baja shrimp ceviche, Chayo chopped salad, fajitas and diablo shrimp. Short rib enchiladas, roasted corn enchiladas and grilled salmon are additional signature entrees with the chile verde burrito, portobello mushroom fajitas and roasted pork torta all additional options in these classic sections. Signature taco selections consist of short rib, blackened salmon and a surf & turf combination.
For the tequila connoisseur, Chayo has an extensive collection totaling over 100 varieties as well as specialty crafted cocktails and beers to complement Chayo’s culinary offerings. Just as much of Chayo’s food is perfect for sharing, so are the beverages with pitcher, bucket and bottle options readily available. House margaritas can be customized by the glass or pitcher with nearly endless tequila options.
