Minus5 Ice Experience is gearing up for the season with a complete makeover of its flagship location inside The Shoppes at Mandalay Place. Slated to be unveiled December 2017, Las Vegas’ original ice experience will offer guests a newly renovated venue with all-new material and a frosty, winter wonderland to enjoy – just in time for the holiday season.
“We are excited to be debut a new look at our Mandalay Bay location,” said Noel Bowman, president of Minus5 Management. “Every year, we look forward to creating an all-new vibe for our guests and wintertime is the perfect season to showcase an all-new winter wonderland for locals and tourists alike.”
Boasting over 120 tons of 100% pure Canadian ice, the 1,300 square-foot ice venue will soon feature more than five brand new themes that guests can enjoy year-round. Starting November 22, the Minus5 team of award-winning ice carvers will be busy creating an all-new space, giving guests a new reason to visit one of the coolest experiences in Sin City.
“The demand for private events and celebrations inside the ice experience has continued to grow, so we are thrilled to offer our guests a fun, one-of-a-kind experience time after time,” added Bowman.
The museum-quality carvings from award winning ice carvers will amaze visitors with an eclectic mix of replica-inspired sculptures such as the Las Vegas Skyline; an out-of-this-world voyage complete with an astronaut and space backdrop; an ice castle that pays tribute to the hit series Game of Thrones; an under the sea experience from Atlantis featuring King Neptune, and much more.
