America’s premier ’80s concert tour Retro Futura comes to Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino’s Concerts on the Beach series sponsored by Coors Light and Pepsi Saturday, July 21 at 9 p.m.

Tickets, starting at $39.50, are on sale and available at any MGM Resorts International ticketing outlet, online at mandalaybay.com and www.ticketmaster.com, or by phone at (702) 632-7580.

Beginning this July, the tour, headlined by pop songstress Belinda Carlisle, includes hit makers such as ABC, Modern English, Tony Lewis of The Outfield, Limahl and Bow Wow Wow’s Annabella Lwin.

Carlisle was, and occasionally still is, the lead vocalist for the ground-breaking all-female band The Go-Go’s. With The Go-Go’s, Carlisle produced such ubiquitous hits as “We Got The Beat,” “Our Lips Are Sealed,” “Vacation” and “Head Over Heels.” Carlisle left The Go-Go’s in 1984 to pursue a solo career and flourished with such chart-topping hits as “Heaven On Earth,” “I Get Weak” and “Circle In The Sand.” Her latest album, Wilder Shores, released in 2017.

ABC has enjoyed an impressive career to date. Their debut album The Lexicon of Love was released in 1982 and went straight to No. 1 in the UK album charts. Showcasing the soulful voice of lead singer Martin Fry with such hits songs “Poison Arrow” and “The Look Of Love” and produced by the legendary Trevor Horn, the album was voted by many as the best British album of the decade.

Modern English band members Robbie Grey (vocals), Mick Conroy (bass), Gary McDowell (guitar) and Steven Walker (keyboards) first reunited during a 2010 tour before accepting an invitation to re-record “I Melt With You” for Mark Pellington’s film of the same name. The band’s most recent album is Take Me to the Trees.”

Tony Lewis is the lead vocalist and bassist of The Outfield, the British pop group responsible for massive hits such as “Your Love” and “All The Love.” Their debut album Play Deep, released in 1985, achieved triple platinum status and reached the Top Ten on U.S. album charts

Limahl won the hearts of millions of teenage girls in the ‘80s as the lead singer of Kajagoogoo who stormed to the top of the charts with “Too Shy” and “Kaja Mania.” After two more top 20 hits with Kajagoogoo, Limahl and the band parted ways which lead to another global hit “The NeverEnding Story” from the film of the same name.

Annabella Lwin, at the age of 13, was one of the most popular vocalists in the early ‘80s as the original member and lead singer of Bow Wow Wow. Lwin was featured on such hits as “I Want Candy,” “Do U Wanna Hold Me?,” “Go Wild In The Country” and “C30, C60, C90, Go!”

The Mandalay Bay Beach stage, which rises over the Four Diamond resort’s sand and surf wave pool, has hosted entertainment’s biggest names as part of the fan-favorite series. Concert-goers are invited to enjoy musical performances which perfectly complement the warm season as they sip on cocktails, sink their toes in the sand and wade in the water at Mandalay Bay’s 1.6-million-gallon wave pool.

The Beachfront Experience at Mandalay Bay Beach’s Concerts on the Beach series is returning for the second year during select events. This premier experience grants guests access to an exclusive area on the Beach which includes lounge chair seating, cocktail service and premium viewing of the show. Guests also will receive expedited entry into the venue.
