Cabo Wabo Cantina: Carne Asada Steak Torta is prepared on Bolillo bread and topped with chipotle mayo, pepper jack cheese, avocado and tomato.
Blondies Sports Bar & Grill: Rockin’ Nachos are served with fresh tortilla chips topped with black beans, pico de gallo, jalapenos, jack and nacho cheese, sour cream and salsa.
Chosun Hwaro: Sizzling Stone Plates including short rib cut perpendicular to the bone allowing a more tender and flavorful taste, marinated in our house-made sweet soy sauce, over a bed of grilled onions.
Flights: Flight of Soyrizo Street Tacos topped with red radish, romaine and avocado.
Nacho Daddy: The Fajita Nachos marinated filet mignon, seared peppers & onions, refried beans, melted cheddar & jack cheese, yellow queso, cherry tomato pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, & pickled onions on top of the house-made, tri-colored corn chips.
Pampas Las Vegas: Peito de Carne Defumada: beef brisket, Pampas signature dry rub, smoked and roasted for 12 hours, served with house made pickled onions.
PBR Rock Bar & Grill: Barbecue Platter racks of pork ribs, beef brisket, pulled pork, corn on the cob, baked beans, coleslaw and fries.
