10th Annual Guinness Perfect Pint Challenge to
Crown a Champion, Pour Complimentary Beers
and More at PT’s Taverns
Marking a decade of tradition, PT’s Taverns will name a winner of the 10th annual Guinness Perfect Pint Challenge, where local bartenders will compete to masterfully pour the quintessential Irish brew. The thrilling finals will be hosted on Friday, Oct. 20 at PT’s Ranch Pebble and Eastern with cash prizes for contenders and discounted pints of Guinness for attending guests.
A combination of art and talent, the Guinness Perfect Pint Challenge is a competition to see who can pour the perfect pint of Guinness Draught Stout. Bartenders throughout the Las Vegas Valley, as well as PT’s Taverns bartenders, who advanced through September’s preliminary round will go head-to-head to determine who can pour the perfect pint of Guinness Draught Stout in the allotted amount of time. Guinness Brewery Ambassadors will judge the competition and choose the top three winners based on pour angle, settle and presentation. The first-place winner will receive a cash prize of $1,000, the second-place winner will receive $500 and a third-place winner will receive $250.
While catching the action, attendees can cheer and cheers with complimentary and specially priced pours, as well as interactive activities. From 6 to 7 p.m., PT’s Ranch will serve complimentary pints of Guinness, followed by $4 pints for the duration of the event. Attendees can test their pouring skills at the mobile pint station from 7 to 10 p.m. and compete for titles throughout the evening such as “Best Dressed” and “Best Spirit.”
