3rd Annual Boo at the Zoo at Lion Habitat Ranch, Halloween Weekend
From Friday, October 29th to Sunday, October 31st, from 11am to 3pm, last admission is at 2:30pm, we will be celebrating Halloween at the Lion Habitat Ranch. This will be a limited 3 day event. Ozzie and our lions would love for you all to come out to join us for our third annual Boo at the Zoo! The lions will be receiving some extra Halloween themed enrichment. Our birds and tortoises will also be receiving some Halloween enrichment as well and will have trick or treat stations around the park (for children 14 and under, while supplies last). Additionally, there will be a scavenger hunt for everyone to learn more about extinction and conservation and plenty of decorated photo opportunities. Pricing is $25 for non-local admission and $20 for local admission. One adult admission also includes one child under 14 for free. Children 4 and under are always free. Costume Requirements: For the safety of all guests, costume masks and costume weapons may not be worn by guests 14 years of age or older. Masks worn by guests 14 years of age and younger must have openings that allow the eyes to be seen and that do not obstruct peripheral vision. All costumes must be family friendly for this family oriented event.
Trick-or-treat bags: Support the Zoo’s efforts to reduce waste by bringing your own trick-or-treat bag from home or reusable bags are available for purchase in the gift shop.

The lion sanctuary also offers a handful of specialty experiences. On this tour you can take all the photos you’d like, and can also hand feed the resident giraffe, Ozzie. And, if you’d really like to immerse yourself in feeding the animals at Lion Habitat Ranch, reserve your spot on the Feed the Animals experience, where you can feed Ozzie, along with hand feeding a lion.
