Amaya Modern Mexican at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will turn up the heat for National Tequila Day with bottomless margaritas by day and dynamic live entertainment by night, exclusively on Thursday, July 24.

From 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., tequila enthusiasts may indulge in bottomless margaritas made with the smooth and flavorful Telsón Tequila, priced at $35 per person, with a two-hour limit per guest. Guests may pair the unlimited sips with Amaya’s bold signature dishes, including duck confit tostada with gochujang sauce, carrot purée and escabeche, priced at $26; sea bass ceviche with tomato, cucumber, corn, onion, avocado and leche de tigre, priced at $26; lobster tacos with Maine lobster, cabbage, avocado, tomatillo salsa, corn, black beans, pico de gallo and flour tortillas, priced at $39; and the Angry Fish, a whole grilled fish topped with fermented chilis, mustard frill, and fermented chili garlic sauce, priced at $56.

As the celebration continues into the evening, guests will be able to experience Amaya’s exciting late-night atmosphere. From 8 p.m. to midnight, a live DJ will spin high-energy beats that bring the vibrant spirit of Tulum to life. Performers, sparklers and fire dancers will electrify the space, transforming the restaurant into a dazzling spectacle where bold flavor meets bold entertainment.
