Bazaar Meat by José Andrés inside SAHARA Las Vegas introduces The Classics, an exclusive tasting menu available in the bar and lounge. The curated tasting of 10 tapas offers all of Bazaar Meat’s signature flair in a more casual and intimate setting. From inventive small plates to succulent cuts of meat and decadent desserts, The Classics tasting menu provides couples on date night and solo diners alike with an unmatched dining experience.
The Classics tasting menu at the bar and lounge includes the following:
- Super Giant Pork Skin Chicharrón – Mexican crema espuma, chili spice, lime
- Ferran Adrià Olives – Modern and traditional
- Croquetas de Pollo – Chicken Béchamel fritters
- “The Classic” Beef Tartare – Mindful Meats beef sirloin, Savora mustard, HP sauce, anchovy, Parker House Rolls
- Lucia’s Salad – Endive Caesar salad, parmesan, anchovy, air croutons
- Gazpacho – Tomato, cucumber, green bell pepper
- Chateaubriand Tenderloin
- Buttered Potato Purée – Butter, butter, more butter, some potatoes
- Josper-Roasted Asparagus – Black garlic Romesco sauce
- Desserts – Cream puffs, assorted tarts, little cakes
In addition to the exceptional cuisine, visitors can also enjoy an extensive selection of vibrant cocktails, expertly crafted by the talented mixologists at Bazaar Meat. From classic favorites to innovative creations, each cocktail is designed to complement the flavors of The Classics tasting menu and enhance the overall dining experience.
Stand-out selections from the drink menu include:
- Floral Cloud – Fords Gin, lemon, maraschino and Crème de Violette topped with a hibiscus-rose-orange blossom aromatic cloud
- Cedar and Agave – Don Julio Añejo Tequila, Bénédictine Herbal Liqueur, honey, orange bitters and cedar smoke torched tableside
- Consommé Cocktail – Beef consommé, Valdespino Palo Cortado Sherry and Amontillado Sherry garnished with egg espuma and grated black peppercorn
“The Classics tasting menu is all about providing our guests with a unique and memorable dining experience in a relaxed and casual setting that captures the dynamic energy of SAHARA Las Vegas,” said Frank Medina, executive chef, Bazaar Meat by José Andrés.
The culinary tasting journey is priced at $99 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) and is available exclusively in the bar and lounge area every Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Seating at the bar and lounge is available on a first come, first served basis.
