BELLAGIO INTRODUCES NEW OUTDOOR DINING DESTINATION AND REFRESHED LUXURY POOL EXPERIENCE
Pool Season at Bellagio Debuts with Mediterranean-Infused Al Fresco Dining, Live Entertainment, Cabanas and Terrace Views
Enhancing its collection of breathtaking outdoor dining experiences, Bellagio unveils COMO Poolside Café & Bar, nestled within the lush oasis of the resort’s newly redesigned pool deck. The vision for the reimagined spaces was brought to life by Las Vegas-based boutique firm Woogmaster Studio in partnership with MGM Resorts International Design Group.

COMO Poolside Café & Bar
A breezy retreat, COMO Poolside Café & Bar combines the essence of an Italian café with the culinary excellence for which Bellagio is celebrated. The laid-back luxury destination offers all-day Mediterranean-inspired dining along with a line-up of specialty craft cocktails. A refreshing Aperol Spritz program is highlighted by the playful “Spritz Tree,” designed to be shared among friends, featuring a variety of spritzes. Como’s main dining area, overlooking Bellagio’s opulent garden, seats up to 150 guests, while a 30-seat bar top beneath a custom-designed cupola offers TVs showing the biggest sporting events of the day so guests don’t have to miss a moment of the action.
A full menu of breakfast and lunch items is served daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; a small bites menu is available 3 – 6 p.m.
A Taste of the Menu:
- Prosciutto & Burrata: A harmonious combination of salty and creamy flavors including thinly sliced Italian dry-cured ham and fresh burrata served with parmesan fritto and Dijonnaise.
- Mary’s Chicken: COMO’s rendition of classic Mediterranean skewers combined with tzatziki and marinated cucumbers.
- Hamachi Crudo: A refreshing and elegant dish that features thinly sliced raw Hamachi complemented by bright flavors including grapefruit, orange, citrus vinaigrette and radish.
- Como Roll: Showcasing rich flavors and high-quality texture of big eye tuna, this sushi roll is prepared with tempura shrimp, cucumber, pickled jalapeno and crispy garlic.
- Falafel Burger: Bursting with Mediterranean flavor, the playful and exotic burger features crispy falafel with cucumber, arugula, tzatziki and spicy cilantro pesto.

Aperitivo Hour
Guests looking for an afternoon snack or early evening cocktail before heading out for the night’s adventures will enjoy Aperitivo Hour, starting at 5 p.m. daily throughout pool season. The picturesque café will offer mocktails, large-format cocktails, featuring Spritz Trees, Cocktail Pitchers and Beer, as well as an a la carte menu with light bites such as Hummus Crudite, Salmon Crudo and Tuna Tartare. In addition, to take advantage of the beautiful spring weather, on Thursdays through Saturdays from April 4 through Memorial Day Weekend, COMO’s atmosphere will come alive with live entertainment.

Bellagio’s Redesigned Pool
Woogmaster’s design for Bellagio’s pool deck features an Italianate aesthetic with lush greenery, topiary sculptures, cast stone benches and architectural columns throughout, while custom furnishings and color palettes draw inspiration from grand Palladian villas in Italy.
Within the plush, newly remodeled cabanas, guests will enjoy luxurious seating, dedicated chaise lounges, a large-screen TV to enjoy the programming of their choice, and privacy curtains, all designed to create a calming respite from the surrounding area. Ensuring guests never have to leave their sanctuary, the full COMO menu is available to enjoy within the serenity of their personal space.
Pool Design Details
- A newly remodeled arrival kiosk resembling a garden gazebo greets guests upon arrival.
- Upon entering the pool deck, guests encounter a central rotunda accented with neo-Baroque topiary sculptures and bright florals while the centerpiece, a giant mirrored silver ball, sits atop the display reflecting the surrounding beauty.
- Striking custom blue awnings with scalloped details and radiant yellow lounge chairs invite guests into a welcoming and relaxing sanctuary.
- Manicured hedges and tailored landscaping with sculptural trees emphasize the inspiration of classic Italian gardens.
- Terra cotta cache pots with aromatic plants and florals punctuate the pool oasis.
- Bespoke cast stone tables and benches invite guests to sit and take in the grandeur of the pool area.
- Within each cabana are custom Nero Marquina marble stone top credenzas and side tables in a fluted texture and brushed brass trim.
