BRUNCH IS BACK, BABY! – BUDDY V’S BRINGS BACK ITS WILDLY POPULAR BRUNCH BUFFET PERMANENTLY BEGINNING SUNDAY, JUNE 25
After a long hiatus, Buddy V’s Ristorante at Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian® Resort Las Vegas brings back its popular Sunday brunch. Once reserved for special occasions, the most sought-after brunch buffet west of Hoboken will return permanently beginning Sunday, June 25. Las Vegas locals and visitors can enjoy all their Buddy V’s brunch favorites, and some new ones, at the family-friendly Italian restaurant in the Grand Canal Shoppes on Sundays only, 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. A brunch lover’s dream, the brunch features a variety of antipasto, seafood, carved meats, farm egg favorites, and, of course, sweet treats. Reservations are highly recommended by contacting the restaurant or going online. Sunday Brunch is $55 per person/$24 per child under 10; tax and gratuity not included. Bottomless libations including sangria, mimosas, bellinis, domestic beers and wines by the glass available for an additional $20 per person.
In this unique, buffet-style brunch, menu highlights include charcuterie and cheese, fresh salads including the popular Caesar, Caprese and Rustica salads, Tomato & Basil Soup, and a carving station with Roasted MapleGlazed Ham and Grilled Peppercorn-Crusted NY Striploin. Signature brunch items include Mac n’ Cheese Carbonara, Grandma’s Meatballs, Sausage & Broccolini Orecchiette, Chicken Parm, Hoboken Chicken “Wings,” Roasted Mushroom & Truffle Pizza, and more, as well as breakfast options such as Sunday Frittata, Roasted Potato Hash, along with eggs and breakfast meats. New, for-the-table options include a variety of house-made omelets including My Cuz Vinny (bacon, spinach, roasted mushroom, cheddar) and Fredo’s Kiss (ham, mozzarella, parm, truffle alfredo), Ciabatta French Toast with toasted almond mascarpone cream and Lemon-Blueberry Pancakes with whipped butter & syrup. The Kids Corner boasts kiddie culinary classics such as cheese pizza, chicken tenders, and mac & cheese. No signature Buddy V’s brunch is complete without a variety of sweets and this event does not disappoint; the selection of timeless treats includes Raspberry-Lemon Meringue Bars, Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cupcakes, Strawberry Cheesecake, Italian Donuts, cannoli, tiramisu, assorted Italian cookies, and more.
