Cabo Wabo Cantina, the rockin’ hotspot inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will celebrate Fourth of July weekend with a high-energy, three-day patio party from Friday, July 4 through Sunday, July 6. Guests will be able to take in stunning views of the fireworks over the Las Vegas Strip while sipping refreshing drinks, listening to a live DJ and soaking up the holiday atmosphere all weekend long.
Cabo Wabo Cantina’s patio will provide a front-row seat to the Strip’s bright lights and fireworks display, making it an ideal destination to celebrate Independence Day. Cabo Wabo fan-favorite DJ Uffe will take keep the party going with high-energy sets, while guests toast to the holiday with signature cocktails such as the CW Mai Tai made with Sammy’s Beach Bar rum, Sailor Jerry rum, orgeat, tropical juices and grenadine, topped with a float of Myer’s rum; or a or a lineup of margaritas made with Hagar’s own Santo Tequila, such as mango, tamarind, strawberry, and cucumber and cilantro.
The kitchen will dish out signature selections, including Sammy’s Tequila Shrimp featuring Gulf shrimp, garlic, cilantro, Cabo Wabo tequila-lime sauce, arbol chilis and served with Mexican dirty rice; Baja-style fish tacos, made of beer-battered cod, shredded lettuce, chipotle aioli, fresh tomatoes, cilantro, lime and pickled onions in flour tortillas; short rib enchiladas made with shredded beef short rib, fire-roasted tomato sauce, house cheese blend and crema Mexicana; among other offerings.
