FALL IN LOVE WITH CANTINA LAREDO’S VALENTINE’S DAY PRIX-FIXE MENU, FEB. 13 -15
Cantina Laredo announces plans to spice things up this Valentine’s Day with a three-course “Valentine’s Especialidad,” available Feb. 13 -15.
Open daily for lunch and dinner and serving modern Mexican cuisine, Cantina Laredo is the perfect place for some Valentine’s Day romance. The Valentine’s Especialidad is $35 per person, with an option for a $15 added on cocktail pairing. Guests may customize their dining experience by choosing one item from each of the below courses (* indicates add-on cocktail option). Cantina Laredo will continue to serve the standard menu as well.
First Course:
ENSALADA DE MANGO
Mango with jicama, seasoned pumpkin seeds, grapes, mint and queso fresco with a honey vinaigrette

7 oz. Certified Angus Beef ™ filet mignon topped with black peppercorn dijon sauce

Herradura Silver Tequila, passion fruit syrup, fresh lime
Third Course
STRAWBERRY BUÑUELOS
Fresh strawberries, whipped cream and vanilla ice cream on cinnamon chips

Drizzled with chocolate raspberry sauce, with Grand Mariner cajeta to dip
