Caspian’s Celebrates National Caviar Day with
Complimentary Caviar Bumps
Caspian’s Cocktails & Caviar at Caesars Palace, Clique Hospitality’s swanky new caviar bar and live music speakeasy, is celebrating National Caviar Day with complimentary caviar bumps, available starting at 8 p.m. on Friday, July 18.
Available in the caviar bar and lounge and limited to one per person, the complimentary bump of white sturgeon caviar will be paired with Aspen Vodka and Flecha Azul Tequila shots and cocktails. Each spirit will be chilled using an elaborate ice luge.
The party will continue inside the live music speakeasy, where guests will be treated to the sounds of local country artist Jimmie B. Romero, followed by the evening’s main act, the dynamic and electrifying Mojo Juju. Reservations are encouraged and are available here.
Available in the caviar bar and the speakeasy, Caspian’s caviar-focused cuisine includes deviled eggs made with yuzu aioli and sriracha, then topped with caviar, crispy shallots and micro chervil; and Caspian’s Chips & Dip, Kaluga caviar with house-made French onion dip and served with Pringles. Caspian’s expansive caviar menu includes Caspian’s signature cryo-chilled Cryo Dirty Martini, served alongside a bump of caviar with the option of an additional caviar stuffed olive to garnish the cocktail; to the Caspian’s Royal Flight, six shots of chilled vodka and 30g of oscietra caviar; or The Full Boat, a bottle of Dom Perignon champagne served with 125g of oscietra caviar. Caspian’s will also feature a one-night-only specialty menu for the evening.
The cocktail lounge at Caspian’s is open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily, with the kitchen closing at midnight nightly. The live music speakeasy is open from 8 p.m. – 2 a.m. Tuesday through Sunday.
