Executive Chef Tylor Urias has created three new brick oven-fired pizzas to celebrate the holiday, including: Pizza Bianco, a white pizza made with a black truffle olive oil base, shaved prosciutto di San Danielle, arugula and balsamico glaze, priced at $18; Pizza di Mare, a Sicilian-style pizza with tomato Fra’davio sauce, shrimp, calamari and crab, mozzarella cheese and roasted red peppers and tarragon, available for $20; and Pizza Fra’nduja, a fennel and spiced pork sausage pizza with buffalo mozzarella cheese, Calabrian chiles, shaved fennel and Genovese basil, priced at $18.

Health-Driven, Seasonal Restaurant and Bar Set to Hire 130+ Employees during January Job Fair

 True Food Kitchen, the award-winning, seasonally inspired restaurant and bar that has pioneered health-driven dining, will open its first restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip on Wednesday, Feb. 12 at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. This date will also mark the debut of the brand’s first ever True Bar, the standalone scratch-bar concept featuring freshly pressed juices, organic teas and natural refreshers, such as the Honeydew Cooler, the Hangover Rx and Kale Aid, as well as a seasonal lineup of handcrafted cocktails, wine and beer.

THE FIRST LAS VEGAS STRIP LOCATION
With 11,314 square feet of dining space, the new location will include an indoor patio and lively dining room, two themed private dining rooms and an open kitchen designed to bring guests closer to the restaurant’s culinary craft. The new space will showcase elevated décor that will blend elements True Food Kitchen guests know and love with unique touches exclusive to Las Vegas.

Natural design features, colors and light as well as ample greenery will be present from the moment guests enter. They can also expect eco-friendly materials such as dining chairs made from recycled soda bottles, as well as garden basins brimming with fresh herbs and spices.

True Food Kitchen’s healthful, flavor-forward menu will rotate seasonally to allow guests to experience produce at the peak of its freshness and flavor. The Forum Shops location will open with separate lunch, dinner and weekend brunch menus featuring a variety of crave-able, seasonal dishes like the new Winter Immunity bowl, Creamy Tomato Fennel Soup, Fig & Gorgonzola Flatbread, and Edamame Guacamole. The menu will also feature inventive, seasonal beverages like The Causemo cocktail, l made with organic vodka, prickly pear, hibiscus and lime and the Highland Mule, made from malt whiskey, ginger and honey.

The diverse menu will celebrate variety and cater to every food preference with an assortment of delicious vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Seasonal dishes will join perennial signature dishes such as the Ancient Grains Bowl, Spaghetti Squash Casserole, Organic Tuscan Kale Salad, Grilled Fish Tacos and the Inside Out Quinoa Burger.

THE FIRST TRUE BAR
The first-of-its-kind True Bar will sit adjacent to the restaurant offering the full dining & beverage menu featuring selections for detox—and retox—True Bar will “float” above The Forum Shops’ existing, opulent Reflecting Pool, nestled beneath the iconic, freestanding spiral escalator. Natural elements adorn True Bar, which offers stylish lounge seating for up to 66 guests and reception groups up to 94. True Bar is designed to be a desirable destination for events of all sizes and formats with multiple seating configurations in the 1,800-square-foot space.

TRUE FOOD KITCHEN PRIVATE DINING ROOMS
The restaurant features several group dining options, each providing a beautiful setting for a variety of unique private events.   • Through the restaurant’s entrance and main dining room’s striking, suspended “Be True” wire sculpture is The Garden of Eden private dining room. The larger of the two private dining rooms, this space accommodates 28 seated guests and 50 reception-style in 730 square feet featuring mod, garden-inspired décor that can be partitioned into two smaller rooms for intimate gatherings. This ultimate horticulturalist hideout features hanging ferns and tumbling philodendrons, flanked by industrial décor and exposed ducts.
  • Planted firmly inside the restaurant, The Greenhouse is a leafy-yet-edgy private dining hideaway. The 389 square-foot, vibrantly styled retreat features marble tables and green banquettes with mod-imalist seating and lush vegetation décor for 28 seated guests or up to 50 reception-style. 
  • The Terrace offers 998 square feet of event space seating up to 31 guests and 50 guests reception-style for any type of event or meeting. This indoor patio with views of The Forum Shops’ reflecting pool and spiral escalator is located at the front of the restaurant and is designed to offer an al fresco-inspired dining experience with butcher block tables and comfortable seating.

TRUE FOOD KITCHEN JOB FAIR
Prior to the Feb. 12 opening, True Food Kitchen will host a job fair to fill numerous positions including servers, hosts/hostesses, prep cooks, pastry cooks, line cooks, wok cooks, back servers, dishwashers, pizza cooks and bartenders. SMOKED BURGERS & BBQ ANNOUNCES JULY PROGRAMS, SPECIALS

 Smoked Burgers & BBQ at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace announces its events and specials for July.

BBQ & Brews 4th of July Firework Viewing Party – This free, all-ages Independence Day firework-viewing party on Thursday, July 4, includes a DJ on the Stripside patio and food and beverage specials including bottomless draft beer and well cocktails for $40 per person. Additionally, all military receive 25 percent off their bill all day. Guests will have a fantastic view of the July Fourth fireworks from the Strip-facing patio on Thursday night, while the party continues the evenings of Friday, July 5 with live music and Saturday, July 6, from 7 p.m. to midnight with more festive specials.

Daily Happy Hour Update – The new happy hour from Smoked Burgers & BBQ includes two-for-one draft beers and well cocktails from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. every day of the week.

Smokin’ Special – The classic Smokin’ Special is the most popular dining item on the menu this summer and includes the Smoked Burger that comes with mesquite fries and a 16-oz. Miller Lite.

New Special to Begin this May – National BBQ Month 

 Beginning tomorrow May 1 and the start of National BBQ Month – Smoked Burgers & BBQ at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace will become the first restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip to serve All-You-Can-Eat BBQ available every day starting at 11:30 a.m.

Priced at $49 per person, the menu includes:

  • Beef Sliders: Angus beef rubbed with a special house spice mix, smoked house ketchup, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cheddar cheese served on a Hawaiian roll.
  • Smoked Chicken Wings: Six smoked chicken wings served plain or buffalo style tossed in signature BBQ sauce.
  • Louisiana Hot Link Sausage: Grilled split pork hot links slathered in a signature BBQ sauce served with a biscuit.
  • BBQ Pork: Pulled pork shoulder slathered in a signature spice blend and mustard BBQ sauce served with a biscuit.
  • BBQ Chicken: Pulled chicken slathered with a signature spice blend and tangy BBQ sauce served with a biscuit.
  • St. Louis Ribs: Tossed in signature smoked spices and BBQ sauce served with a biscuit.

CELEBRATE NATIONAL BURGER MONTH IN MAY AT SMOKED BURGERS & BBQ AT THE FORUM SHOPS AT CAESARS PALACE

Celebrate National Burger Month this May at Smoked Burgers & BBQ at The Forum Shops at Caesars. The new Strip-fronting restaurant with ample patio seating officially unveils its collection of mouth-watering, jaw-dropping meats and savory burgers. 

From the crave-worthy “BBQ Madness Burger” to vegetarian options and even blueberries, Smoked Burgers & BBQ’s selection includes (downloadable high-res hyperlinks are included below):

  1. The Smoked Burger: One-half pound angus patty with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheddar cheese signature smoked sauce on a brioche bun.
  2. The BBQ Porker: One-half pound pork patty with Applewood bacon, aged cheddar, BBQ sauce and crispy onions on a brioche bun.
  3. BBQ Madness Burger: One-half pound angus patty with BBQ brisket, crispy onions, bread and butter pickles and aged cheddar on a brioche bun.
  4. The Mexican Burger: One-half pound angus patty with fresh salsa verde, guacamole, cotija cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion on a brioche bun.

Executive Chef David Mangual acquires inspiration for his burger menu from his various travels, as in the case of The Mexican Burger.

“While I was in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, recently, I visited a taco stand where they prepared burgers with cotija cheese,” explained Chef Mangual. “That itself is unusual since the cheese is firm and does not easily melt. But I watched how they cooked the cheese with the burgers and brought that technique back to our team.”

In addition, all patties are seasoned with Chef Mangual’s 14-ingredient brisket seasoning and then cooked over an open-flame grill to create the restaurant’s signature smoky flavor.
