The award-winning bar-b-que restaurant is open for dinner and offers a variety of dishes including a brisket sandwich with tender brisket sliced and piled high with jicama slaw, Jack Daniel’s BBQ sauce and bbq mayo. The brisket “filet” is also a must-have, slow-braised in apple juice and finished in our mesquite smoker, topped with crispy onion straws.
