including half-off lasagna at BRAVO! on July 28
In recognition of National Lasagna Day, BRIO Tuscan Grille (BRIO) and BRAVO! Cucina Italiana (BRAVO!) will partake in a two-day celebration of the flavors of Italy with classic and chef-inspired dishes on Thursday, July 28 and Friday, July 29. The festive dishes, which were created specifically for and only available during the National Lasagna Day celebration, include BRAVO!’s Chicken Diavolo Lasagna and BRIO’s Roasted Vegetable Lasagna.
Additionally, BRAVO!’s specialty and classic lasagna dishes will be available at half price during lunch and dinner on July 28. Guests that dine in at BRIO during the two-day special will receive a complimentary salad with the purchase of lasagna.
BRAVO!’s National Lasagna Day specials on July 28 includes:
- Half-Off Chicken Diavolo Lasagna — Fresh pasta layered with chicken, spinach and artichoke with a creamy blend of Ricotta, Parmesan, Provolone, Romano, and Mozzarella cheeses, atop a bed of spicy Diavolo sauce, finished with Alfredo sauce and fresh parsley
- Half-Off Mama’s Lasagna Bolognese — A full-size portion of BRAVO!’s classic recipe baked with creamy Alfredo sauce and BRAVO!’s signature meat sauce
BRAVO!’s National Lasagna Day Special on July 29 and includes:
- Chicken Diavolo Lasagna ($15.95) — Fresh pasta layered with chicken, spinach and artichoke with a creamy blend of Ricotta, Parmesan, Provolone, Romano, and Mozzarella cheeses, atop a bed of spicy Diavolo sauce, finished with Alfredo sauce and fresh parsley
- Mama’s Lasagna Bolognese ($17.99) — A full-size portion of BRAVO!’s classic recipe baked with creamy Alfredo sauce and BRAVO!’s signature meat sauce

- Roasted Vegetable Lasagna (Lunch $12.95/Full $15.95) — A blend of fried eggplant, roasted peppers and seared Cremini mushrooms, layered with fresh pasta, Marinara sauce and a creamy blend of Parmesan, Provolone, Romano, Mozzarella and spinach and Ricotta cheeses, on a bed of roasted red pepper sauce, topped with Alfredo sauce and garnished with pesto and basil
- Lasagna Bolognese (Lunch $12.95/Full $15.95) — BRIO’s authentic Italian recipe made with a rich Bolognese sauce, creamy Alfredo sauce and Mozzarella and Ricotta cheeses
