Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located at the heart of Downtown Summerlin, offers traditional Mexican cuisine while transporting guests to a Mexican “hacienda” with its lush and colorful interior. This Mother’s Day, Pancho’s is offering all mothers the perfect start to their special day with a complementary “mom-mosa” during brunch on Sunday, May 12.
Available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Mother’s Day, Pancho’s is showing adoration to all the wonderful mothers with a complimentary mimosa with the purchase of any brunch entrée. Offering an extensive brunch menu featuring authentic Mexican recipes and flavors like the The Ultimate Breakfast Burrito combining scrambled eggs with diced ham, roasted potatoes, onions, chiles and tomatoes all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla, topped with special Spanish sauce and garnished with sliced avocado and sour cream; and the Huevos con Chorizo made of a large flour tortilla filled with scrambled eggs, onions, tomatoes, mildly spicy chorizo and cheeses, then grilled and cut into small squares, complemented with fresh guacamole and sour cream.
On Sundays, guests sitting inside Pancho’s “cantina” can enjoy happy hour from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. where guests can enjoy a discount on select appetizers and drinks including $3 off house and flavored margaritas, $3 off well cocktails and $3 house wines. All day on Sundays, Pancho’s celebrates “Tequila Sundays” with 50 percent off tequila pours from an extensive tequila list that includes over 40 different types of tequilas.
