The holidays are here and it’s time to start planning for Christmas gatherings. This year, Tuscany Suites & Casino has two delicious menus to choose from. Celebrate the holidays by making plans to dine at Tuscany Gardens or Marilyn’s Café.

Tuscany Gardens:
Award-winning fine dining restaurant, Tuscany Gardens is an elegant Italian steakhouse restaurant with a classic, intimate design. This Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, a four-course menu will feature festive holiday specials for $110 per person from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Reservations are highly recommended.

CHOICE OF SOUP OR SALAD:

BRANDY LOBSTER BISQUE -Rich and creamy soup with lobster and herbs finished with a splash of brandy to round out the flavors.
OR
WALDORF SALAD –a dressed salad of savory chicken, fresh cranberries, crisp apples, and toasted nuts served on Bibb lettuce.

SECOND COURSE:

SAVORY TARTLET DUO
Tender ham, creamy brie, sweet and tart apples, and fresh herbs finished with mushroom demi-glace baked in a flaky tartlet cup.
AND
Confit heirloom tomato, roasted chicken, creamy cheese finished with chicken jus baked in a flaky tartlet cup.
CHOICE OF ENTRÉE:

KOBE BEEF FILET with fondant potatoes and green bean almandine – tender beef with crispy and creamy potatoes alongside vibrant haricot vert with toasted slivered almonds.
OR
SEARED DUCK BREAST with truffle risotto, cranberry reduction and herb roasted mushrooms – tender duck breast with crispy skin, on creamy truffle infused risotto, sweet and tart cranberry reduction, and savory herb roasted mixed mushrooms.

CHOICE OF DESSERT:

PEPPERMINT CRÈME BRÛLÉE – peppermint infused crème brulée with candy cane sugar.
OR
TIRAMISU – espresso infused cream, tender coffee-soaked almond cake, topped with fluffy espresso Chantilly cream and chocolate.

Marilyn’s Café:
The classic welcoming restaurant, Marilyn’s Café is serving up a homemade Christmas meal featuring a three-course menu that will definitely make the holiday gathering special. The Prix Fixe menu is served from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. for $17.99 per person and includes:
