Clique Hospitality has announced March hours and events for the company’s Las Vegas Valley dining destinations: Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca and Borracha Mexican Cantina at Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino in Henderson; Side Piece Pizza at Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa in Summerlin; The Still Drafts, Crafts & Eats at The Mirage; and Tailgate Social Sports Bar & Grill at Palace Station Hotel and Casino.

 

Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca

Open 4 – 10 p.m. Sunday – Thursday; 4 – 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday; brunch from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday

    • Borracha will host thrilling viewing parties throughout the college basketball tournament in March, broadcasting all games throughout the tournament on its more than a dozen large HDTVs. In addition, the beloved Mexican restaurant will open early at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 21 through Sunday, March 24 for guests to catch all the action of the first and second rounds of the tournament, plus feature domestic draft beer pitchers, priced at $15, from open to 4 p.m.
  • St. Patrick’s Day (Sunday, March 17)
    • To celebrate everyone’s favorite Irish holiday, Borracha will offer all guests a complimentary Jameson shot. The Mexican cantina will also toast to the holiday with green draft beer upon request, plus offer specialty cocktails with an Irish twist, priced at $14 each. The libations include an Irish margarita made with Jameson orange, lime juice, orange juice, pineapple and a Tajin rim; the Shamrock Sipper crafted with Jameson Black Barrel, strawberry liqueur, champagne and lemon; and the Dublin Mule, featuring Jameson orange, pomegranate juice, ginger beer, lime juice and garnished with an orange wedge.
