Local Restaurants Team Up to Debut Texas BBQ Pizza and Brisket Pot Pie
Crust & Roux – a gourmet pizza and pie concept in Town Square, is teaming up with Big B’s Texas BBQ to launch collaborative menu items incorporating traditional Texas smoked meats and classic barbecue sides into gourmet pizzas and pot pies.
“Big B’s is one of the city’s most beloved barbecue spots and we’re thrilled to add their incredible homestyle sauces and favorites to our pizza and pot pies,” said AYYA Hospitality Partner Lowell Raven. “Through this exciting partnership, we are honoring our mission to bring the best ingredients and bold flavor combinations to the Las Vegas community.”

Available now through May 14, guests can taste the savory collaborative dishes exclusively at Crust & Roux.
CRUST & ROUX X BIG B’S BBQ DISHES:
- Brisket Pizza: Built on Crust & Roux’s signature pizza dough, this pizza features Big B’s beef brisket, slow-smoked overnight with wood imported from the owners family’s farm in Texas. The pizza is topped with Big B’s BBQ sauce, red onions, and green onions.
- Bean & Brisket Pot Pie: Hand-crafted in Crust & Roux’s light and buttery pie dough, this pot pie is filled with smoked brisket seasoned with house dry rub, BBQ beans and BBQ sauce.
